Bunnings West Gosford

Huge store with a huge range, but it's always worth checking prices. While the cheapest stuff might be cheap, the more expensive items are not always the best deal.

Crowded aisles, difficult with trollies to push around. Crowed at checkouts. Store badly mapped and layout terrible.lack of staff and no air conditioning making it very hot

Excellent customer service great store location, parking galore on site.very experienced staff assisting with enquiries, especially in the tool store area. Bought a pack of power tools they had on special. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful Bunnings store.

Apart from feeling like I was being accused of shoplifting it is a good store and I will continue to shop there

Always get support from the team members, Just ask staff then they will provide you with support. I don’t have anything to cut at home so always asking them to cut for me. Great service. Thanks guys

West Gosford Bunnings is larger than life, now with better quality products, well set out with friendly staff. Just need more staff:

1. On the checkouts, so abolish self-service checkouts,

2. To clean and maintain the toilets.

We are Locals to Bunnings west Gosford, we shop there quite frequently.
I'd just like to say thankyou to Bunnings for putting on such a good Christmas Night market.

Only problem with Bunnings is that we end up buying more than we went there for. The best place to shop, but you alway forget something and have to go back.

Want be long now and the sausage sandwich will be back at Bunnings to top off a great time out. Love Bunnings.

Staff were busy but friendly and informative when I found them. Might be time to up the rostered staff on weekends

Let's face it! Bunnings is really the only place to shop for myriads of items these days. Although I like to support independent retailers such as nurseries, Bunnings offers one-stop shopping for just about everything related to house, garden, cleaning, and trades to name but a few, and all at competitive prices. Big shout out for their support of community organizations with their famous sausage sizzles too. I make special trips to the West Gosford store; my only criticism is they offer " too much of good things" sometimes, and a koala can be kind overwhelmed for choice.

A bit disappointing, which is unusual. A lapse in common sense, and logistics, causing me to walk about a mile.
I don't want to be too specific, just please review your procedures & quality assurances?

I went to the kitchens dept at west gosford thursday 21/10 and was served by nicola. I wanted a microwave cupboard with a vent in cream. She told me I would need to buy a base cupboard and it only came in white. " Down the back" was my only help. I found microwave cupboards in cream up high so i asked for her help again. She passed me off saying she'd call for help. No one showed so i had to climb a ladder to get it. I thanked her for her LACK of help on the way out. Incompetent person. You can do better, she may not be capable.

The two ladies that assisted us in deciding to purchase Mimosa outdoor setting were so lovely. Thank you!

1 gentleman whose name is Adam (in Trades area), is absolutely amazing. He is the most helpful person I have ever seen in any shop all around Australia. Hats off for his service. And likewise for some other Bunnings staff aswell.

Unfortunately some staff, especially some caucasian girls/ladies seems to be RACISTs. I am a Powerpass customer. Several times in this shop I have had bad experience at the counter while making the payment.

I have "learnt" to just scan the products myself on my mobile through Bunnings app. And I try to avoid these girls/ladies, who has got attitude towards non-whites (as it seems).

Bruh, who doesn't love Bunnings. Literally Minecraft in a store, got any house hobbies. Come here

Also tip, go online first plz. Would save you a lot of time. Learn about how the bay organisation or each aisle is, life would be much easier and quicker.
Theres too many aisles to learn and staff are human beings too.

My favourite Bunnings store, everyone is so helpful and they seem like they really enjoy their job.

Placed an order on a Friday for Delivery on the Monday.delivery didn't get done. So I called up on the Tuesday to ask about it. Was transferred on the phone back and forward from online & trade, meanwhile getting cut off 4 times and having to ring back. I thought we got to the bottom of it and the order was to be delivered on the Wednesday. Part of the order was unable to be fulfilled, but was available at another store nearby. We showed up to this store as the West Gosford store said they had arranged it to be collected. This store knew nothing about it. I then had to ring back West Gosford who once again transferred me between departments.they then said "oh no sorry they do not have the stock either". It was then organised to get the remainder of the order delivered on the Thursday (it was coming from another store). This did not happen. I am now currently on hold again after being transferred between departments AGAIN (hold time is currently 17minutes). It is Friday - 1 week after I placed my order for an urgent job on Monday. This is a joke!
