Recently came to buy a, whipper sniper and Charlie who served me was brilliant with his information and customer service. Made the experience hassle free. Well done Charlie keep up the great work.

I wish to commend this store on its staff. Especially one special staff member Jacqui whom my dad and I had the pleasure of meeting today. After a heartbreaking loss of my mum recently she made us feel special and warm and heard. Thank you Jacqui from the bottom of our hearts. You made our day a little less heartbreaking. Ally.

How can you not like Bunnings? This is a busy place and plenty of tradies in buying stuff. Just popped in quickly for some paint gear but great chat with the chap working in the paint section. Went to self service as check out was busy and no queue at SS. Car park busy but always get what you need at Bunnings.

If you love Bunnings, they're all great. Staff are lovely at this one. No under cover parking. Highway traffic makes it hard to get in and out of until the bypass is completed mid to late 2021.

Good single level Bunnings with very good stock levels.
Sing level and good parking.
Tip- enter via the 2nd entrance. Much easier to park and get out. Same walk to store entry too.

Partially successful. I found something made up that I was looking to make up myself but couldn’t find something else I wanted.

Had a receipt printed out by a lady in the key cutting area didnt get her name but was so lovely and helpful. (Gasmate barbeque) She traced back and found it in January. Thank you whoever you were was lovely to see you cared.

Frustrating when a company that size runs out of basic fittings and you have to go to another branch to get something that costs $2.00. Happens too often Bunnings.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Clean, easy to navigate but the entrance and garden section is extremely slippery when wet due to excessive smooth concrete. I would like to see textures anti slip concrete for customer (I don't believe it would affect trolley use)

I went to my local store to buy an out door table cover. It wasn't in stock which was fine, so i wanted to order one i was told there were two coming into stock by one person when it came to ordering that staff member told me the floor staff don't know anything and they cannot tell me if they will even get any. Ok so i go home and order online from Shellharbour got it less than 48hours later and with a lovely note saying thank for ordering from our store. Well Done Shellharbour, better than Nowra.

A big Bunnings store and plenty of staff on hand to help. Lots and lots of stock and a huge store that seems to have everything, well everything I needed. A nice coffee and cake too.

In my experiences, the staff at Shellharbour bunnings have been much more friendly, informative and helpful than their peers up north in South Sydney Bunnings stores. It's almost like night and day - no requests seem to be too much of a fuss here, while the same requests in stores in Sydney were flat out denied, or made a big fuss over.

Great parking and loads of space. This Bunnings is located over in the Albion Park industrial estate and is an improvement on the old one in Shellharbour.

My favorite part is the kids play area where you can sit down for a coffee while the little ones play.

It’s great when they have face painting and other activities for the children.

Great customer service! Scott in plumbing section was so helpful as was Damien who put my heavy stuff in the car for me! Brilliant!

Always a great outcome. Great staff, plenty of stock and get through the checkouts fast. Look forward to going whenever I need something.

Greeted by a friendly gentleman named Steve who couldn't do any more to help us find where we needed to go and how to buy a gas bottle.

Drove from nowra to pick up something to find out they had nothing but the computers said 25 of this item
