Bunnings Shellharbour

Good lay out and friendly service. Parking can be confusing but there is always plenty of it.

We bought an umbrella & after a while the base failed. Harry provided exceptional customer service and was a pleasure to deal with to resolve the issue

Shellharbour is a bigger Bunnings than our local one, so it had stock of the item I was after - I needed a number of them.
The staff were very helpful, but that's the case in our local one too.

Impossible to get someone at special orders to answer the phone yet when you walk past when shopping there’s 3 or so having a good old chat

Went there this after noon 8th oct around 3.30 _4pm ask the very tall young man with a beard light colour hair sorry i missed his name so helpful thankyou and he seem to know his stuff that rare at bunning thanks

The ego-driven security guy on the front door treated me with such aggression and tried to block my entrance into the store. He attempted to threaten and intimidate me whilst demanding I show him my phone. He also threatened to call the police! These businesses need to understand that they are not law enforcement and have no legal right to prevent someone entering a public place. Nor are they empowered to enforce the CHO directions, they can only encourage people. Enough is enough with this overreach and shameful tyrannical behaviour. Your security needs to pull his head in or I will report you to the Human Rights Commission. Show some respect to the people who you owe the success of your business to!

Today I was looking for high pressure pipes for a new pump I bought. The guy who help me Ludco went out of his way to help me at the end he was able to adapt few pieces here and there and everything was ok thanks for your help mate!

Great service from the team in the tool shop today including helping with an unwieldy trolley, thumbs up

Its bunnings, its pretty hard to go wrong. Got great sausage sizzle, service, and products. Couldn't be happier with a bunnings experience!

Because I know that when I shop at Bunnings I am getting the best product at the lowest price without jeopardising the quality.

It's never an issue when Iam talking to the friendly staff and request any of the services that are available.

It will definitely be my first destination to complete any future projects.

Convenient I guess for ur little bits and pieces. But now that they have driven all the smaller timber yards out of business their prices are insainly expensive and their quality of timber (when they actually have any) is DISCUSTING.cheap chinese imported timber that is always poor quality, wet, full of knots, imperfections and over priced compared to their competitors with the good quality stuff.

I think the staff are doing a great job considering the current circumstances. So whereas the experience is not 100% I am not going to complain and am thankful they are actually open.

There are a couple of awesome staff members there, unfortunately as a team they are let down by the numbers of rude, miserable and sadly useless staff members.

Such a poor experience. Yet again another trip to Bunnings and yet again the same old poor service. I would recommend going to a smaller hardware store if you're looking for customer service. At least they value you there.

Best range of products and extremely easy to find once you have checked the stock online, it tells you what isle the product is in.

Ordered some items to be delivered - lovely lady called me with details of the delivery, and they delivered everything perfectly - delivery driver (John) was very helpful in finding a good spot to drop the items off.

Used to be helpfull now they just don't care example's I sold 4 mowers separate occasions as the person in charge was now were to be found or just rude specifically to women
