Bunnings Rydalmere

Has to be the friendliest Bunnings in NSW. Everyone says "hello" to you, and you feel valued and respected. Parking is very easy, and the staff are very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to have more staff in the outdoor plants section. That's the only area where you might have trouble getting help. Otherwise, 5/5. Wonderful store, with fantastic employees.

Nice garden section. Staff always know which aisle something random is in. Always friendly. Keep them sausage sizzles coming.

Went there not knowing where the part was ask a employee as I entered and was told exactly where the part was in which isle, went to the isle and found it straight away I was very impressed was in and out in about 5 minutes, very impressed good customer service and knowledge (not good leaving Bunnings in short time usually it is a good adventure and you usually buy more than required) thank you

Every minute counted during my 'pitstop' visit; I was en route to an appointment in Parramatta and had an electronic shopping list at the ready. In 15 minutes I had all items from across the warehouse, had checked out using self-service and my own calico bag, had an attendant swiftly appear to stamp my paper receipt, and exited with minimal delay to then easily make my appointment.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Product had the wrong "cheaper" price, no problem, no argument, charged me the cheaper price.

Plenty of things and stuff and more things and stuff. Help by painting the building a different colour to differentiate the store. Sausage sizzle often on weekends.

Always easy to find things. Always can find parking. More options now at the checkout so queues are shorter

Great huge warehouse with plenty of helpful staff. Enjoyed the experience being greeted at the door.

Jack from tool shed is an absolute champion, i walked in one day and found him to be quite helpful in fulfilling my every desire.he talked for about 20 minutes on the topic of spirit levels, this guy really knows whats goin on.

Called the store for information. They transferred me to a dead line then was cut off. Thanks for your help

Fantastic to actually have plenty of staff to help me. I got some great specials in lighting.
Great range but really friendly staff

Very friendly staff who were happy to help and point me in the right direction and look up products on the computer.
But zero stock of the two items I needed. Bitter/sweet. Attitude is great, but please stock up:)

Like this place, staff is helpful. And customer services to aid on exchange of faulty products was splendid. Will be back!

I was served by one of rudest people I've ever had the misfortune to meet, rolled his eyes at me when i asked where the mulch was then pointed at it with his eyes and walked off.

Limited products of the sort I was looking for, i.e. Carpet shampoos (not requiring the special machines!) and enzyme floor cleaner for pet accidents and odours.
Other products appeared to be in good supply and we'll priced

Only giving 3 star because there is only one check out open, and their is always a que waiting.how about opening the self serve or get more operates. They have plenty of helpful staff but none on registers.

I enjoy going to Bunnings I find most things there that I want only disappointment is staff can't find any to help you without walking around 4 Miles cuz it is a big place when you do find 1 they're very pleasant and helpful it would be nice if there was a few seats scattered around the place with all that walking it would be appreciated

Great product offering, terrible service. 2 ladies at the trade desk were so grumpy & when I asked to pay it was like I had said something offensive/ a total inconvenience. Come on guys, it's not hard to be polite at a checkout.

This is an amazing Bunnings, its huge and the staff are amazing and very helpful and they have a great coffee shop if you want a break from shopping there's a very comprehensive gardening section and they do Diy workshops
