Bunnings Rydalmere reviews
43It's always a pleasure to go to Bunnings. We love that we can take our dog here. The staff are accommodating and they are also well stocked.
I quite enjoy having a leisurely lunch at Bunnings and I've probably visited ten different stores over the year. Today I was not happy! The woman working in the cafe was cranky and her tone was so off-putting. I have to use a stick and every time the meal has been brought to the table. I struggled to carry the order. I dropped the slice of carrot cake. I knew there was no point complaining but I was overwhelmed by the kindness of a staff member who ordered another piece of cake and paid for it herself. That cake was so good, tasting of genuine kindness. I understand that the cafe woman was troubled by something, but in customer service you really do have to try and put it aside. There's no excuse for rudeness.
Helpful staff. Plenty of parking.
Needed more checkouts open spent a long time waiting.
The lady who runs the children's activities I think her name is Kerry I have to say every time she is working she makes you feel welcome in the store. She is fantastic with the kids and is the nicest and friendliest person there always helping with outva grudge and has a lot of knowledge she is one of the reasons I shop at Rydalmere store.
Not sure if it was due to to the pandemic or not but I can surely enough tell you guys that some of those shelves were left empty with barely any staff around.
It is a nice big place with plenty of parking. All tools required to repair anything related to your house is available. The staffs were very friendly and helpful
Staffs are not helpful and not brief on stuffs. I have to go back and forth to find and haven't get all the trees. Hopeless
World within.sometimes the staff are too good.you might get some less friendly ones.but enough support to make DIY.
They delivered half of my order only and when I contacted them they replied (Sarah) only when to redeliver. They didn't apologize at all or mentioned any of nice words in the email. I'm still waiting for the delivery, takes too long time to delivery to just 6km away from them.
Amazingly stocked garden centre.
Went on a Sunday afternoon and there was lots of discounted plants.
And people were restocking the shelves with more plants
Always love Bunnings. Getting ready to paint so I was checking out colours. They have everything I will need. I won't be painting but I can get everything there. Got some new plants a few other things. You never leave empty handed.
Review of cafe.
The people working at the cafe made the coffees for at least three people that ordered AFTER me and served them their coffees BEFORE me. It was a total 20 minute wait for some cappuccinos. The people working at the cafe should focus on preparing orders rather than focus on chatting with coworkers.
Met a rude employee, felt anxiety and almost got a panic attack when talking to this worker.gave me karen vibes probably cause her hair was a bob cut.i would rate this experience a 0 star but thats not a option.
Usually staff are helpful in person at store but today when I called I was answered by Felicity who was not helpful and asked me to just go on the website to check for sizes and products as she didn't have time to go through it. I told her I already did that and I just needed to know if they had two items in store. When I insisted she should help me with just the two items, she said I was rude to ask that when I could do that myself. If we are supposed to check everything online ourselves then why does bunnings even have customer service staff?
Friendly staffs, kids section where kids can play and do colouring, clean environment. I visited for buying seedlings and flowers, found what I was looking with the help of friendly staff. Good customer service.
One of the best Bunnings around, One of the newish Large Centre's, hugh range of goods and easy to navigate drive through area gor tradies.
Awesome bunnings, quite large always have stock available and click and collect drive thru is quite simple.
Only negative is if u need a staff member to get something that is forklift accessible you will be waiting a while.
Huge range of DIY products for your home and the staff are very knowledgeable (if you can find one that isn’t busy helping others). Adjacent to McDonald’s. Lots of parking out the front.
Slow. Slack response for special order. Staff there just don't care. No one call you when your items are here. You need to keep following up. Hand held the staff and keep ringing them. This is not coincident. I had this experience twice. Go to other BUNNINGS store for special order.
Good range of items. Some stock were limited. Wise to check availability online before going there. Difficult to find anyone to assist with sale. Eventually we just moved the item ourselves onto a trolley.
