Bunnings Pymble reviews
28Staff are still a bit green but always polite and they do their best to be helpful. Great range and is much better stocked than most other Bunnings stores.
Great layout and some of the friendliest and most helpful staff of any Bunnings in Sydney. Went above and beyond to help my find the last item in stock they hada
Great team of knowledgeable staff who know their products, it's applications and hence customers getting some great guidance and advise. Newest Bunnings and a great team to compliment it.
The new store is great, big with everything you want, but there are only very young people working at this store. These guys have not been trained and they don't know anything about hardware or anything about their store stock. I spent about 20 mins trying to get a refund when the young girl stuffed the refund up. Another time, I asked for a painting role squeaky ring, and the store assistant said he never heard of that. I found it myself. The service at this Bunning store is poor, compared to other Bunnings stores. I am at Bunnings most weekends, as I am doing most handyman jobs around the house. I have been to many Bunnings stores and I can say the Pymble store needs more experienced trade people working at the store to train these young guys. Very disappointed.
Brand new purpose build. Very large, everything you could think of there. Excellent staff very helpful. Most of all very close to me!
This place is huge and I assume has everything I could possibly need (and a lot I would never know the function of). The negative is that is so big its not clear how to find anything. Needs a directory or search kiosk or something.
That's a massive bunnings store, brand new and flash building.
The branch is getting still settled and things are improving overthrew. That's my preferred bunnings store for sure.
It's a bigger bunnings but still not a MEGA bunnings as the exterior would suggest. Try Gladesville or Balgowlah instead. Often you'll find a lot of items are not stocked here.
Like all Bunnings I've been to, this one suffers from the usual issues such as you can't seem to find staff when they're quiet cuz theres no one about nor when they're busy cuz they're all flat out. Also self checkouts are NOT open when they need to be i.e. There's only ONE register open for a shop full of ppl wanting to pay.
Carpark exit is a little weird too I find. There's a blind corner when exiting from the second row of parking which is a bit dangerous. Traffic on bridge Street is a bit difficult too as the only way in and out.
There are no stairs connecting all floors or lifts in the same spot. The travlator is forever out of action so you can't bring your trolley up or down with you as needed
