As a tradie I was very impressed yesterday. I had some things to unload from my ute and when I came back to do the unloading, Ian from the trade yard had already done it. Blew my mind. The best service I have had at Pymble Bunnings- SM-> should be promoted so others can follow his example.

Brendan and Ari have put me through a terrible experience not swapping my pressure washer

Stating that I have used it for commercial use even though it gets very little use at work.

No where does it say on the box NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE and nor does any others, the only way it says that is in the box which you can’t see untill you physically buy it, I was guided by a Bunnings staff member to buy this and now they are knocking back my warranty and trying to sell me another unit (which also doesn’t mention commercial use on it)

They offered me $100 off another unit but I didn’t want any offerings from them so I asked for a store credit which they refused, they wouldn’t except my pressure washer and then told me if I take it with me they won’t give me a store credit? Very rude

Ari was very rude, walked away from me twice and even said I can’t wait for you to leave

Brendan came through in the end but all up wasted over an hour of my time arguing back and forth.

I have NEVER had an experience like this at a Bunnings store before and have never been treated so badly by a Bunnings staff member, I hope this gets fixed as it was just horrible

Never returning to this store again unless I absolutely have to

Firstly, can’t see any information regarding the location of the items in this store on bunnings website, unlike other stores.
Secondly, really hard to find staff and even if you found them, they have no interest to serve properly.

Pymble Bunnings is close to me, hence I shop there frequently.
In the garden section, a very helpful staff member is Drew. He is very knowledgeable in the Garden section and goes out of his way to help all shoppers. I am very pleased with the service he provides and especially his friendly attitude.
Please join me in congratulating Drew for all the jobs well done.

What can I say. I sometimes think that Bunnings is a part of China. The place is stacked with about 98% Chinese made stuff. Lots of different names but all Chinese made. Cheap steel so the product has a indeterminate life. Sad really.

Thanks to the amazing staff, Katherine and Drew! Love my experience here, in the garden section especially. All staff have given me the time to discuss options for painting and fire pits as well!

One casher man with glasses working tool section who seems Chinese is very rude. I returned some goods, and he was very impolite. Further more he asked me to take the goods to main counter.

No one around to use panel saw, and when they turned up (20 mins later), they had lost the key to operate it!

Awesome new Bunnings. They do need a map at the front (and maybe on the app too!).
Learning the layout slowly. It's become my go-to Bunnings.

Thanks from Cindy & Gary

Off to a bit of a rocky start with a lot of the younger staff not knowing how to work the systems when it first opened but these days service is in line with every other Bunnings which is excellent.

To say it's a very big store would be an understatement. It's two levels with a giant travelator up to the second floor as well as large lifts. Wheelchair friendly, with a convenient multistorey carpark downstairs. The carpark and trades entrance are both on Bridge St.
Inside, level 1 is pretty familiar, then upstairs there is a large plants area, BBQ accessories, firepits, and a quiet cafe tucked in the corner on the second floor with a kids play area beside it.
Worth checking it out.

Vast new hardware store over 2 levels and located conveniently on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Epping Road, this Bunnings will change your life. I’ve never seen so much hardware in the one location with plenty of room to move around. Lots of parking but less convenient if you’re coming by public transport as it’s located exactly halfway between Gordon and Pymble stations. Definitely one of the better Bunnings on the Northside of Sydney.

Typical bunnings yet the layout and trade ain't the most thought out but hey what do you expect when the people who design layout of large businesses don't have much practical knowledge of how things really work.

52L packing boxes show heaps of stock. Went on Thursday was told someone signed for the pallet and they can’t find it. Went back again Sunday still same issue. Pure and utter incompetence.
