Constantly understocked. Staff mostly grumpy, unhelpful and try to avoid you. Use North Penrith always a much better experience!

Usually give HIGH rating and honestly being told 3 different locations for a product from 3 various on-the-floor Team Members was overwhelming when it's HOT and walking from gardening to the other end then finally the Information Desk for accurate assistance then back to other end was a bit much!:/-

The staff here are apauling. They don't help customers, they are lazy, don't know their products, they can't find their products, and they need some customer service training. If you need hardware don't go here.

Great friendly staff and wow a nice cuppa joe to warm you up.staff very helpful and always great you with a smile.

Always such a great time with this particular store! They always know where everything is and always offering to help us out. They have also come with with such great solutions to our projects and its so refreshing to recieve help and solutions! Great job guys!

Completed a click and collect recently and friendly staff were waiting in the rain to serve customers from their cars. Staff were smiling and cheerful and quick to organise goods. Very impressed

Always out of stock in a range of items especially in the garden area. Limited store hours now which is annoying. Some staff members are helpful and some don't have a clue about anything, and can give you poor advice/trap you into buying something that won't help the task at hand.

A busy place, very slow with pick up orders to the car, often ring three or four times before they answer the phone, will often say they're short of staff and would I come in and pick up, I tell them I have a bad hip as I have and they then cheerily bring the item to my car. Mostly a young women with short blonde hair in attendance of the pick up counter using her personal phone causing some of the delay in getting service.

One of the huge branch of Bunnings in west sydney. Staffs are polite and you can seek advise for simple repairs or diy. They varieties are heaps and impressive.

I was shopping in at Bunnings Penrith for a new Line Trimmer, not knowing what I was looking for or how to get the best product to suit me. I would like to thank Mark Robertson from the Power Gardens section for his time, advice & produce knowledge, 5 stars Mark.

This is my regular bunnings.lately the customer service has declined. Awful that 3 staff are busy talking to each other while customers are being fobbed off! Good way to lose business

Perfect place to get a pair of gumboots so you don't have to worry about your heels and still have a great day @ding.dang.doo.ranch.escape even on a rainy weekend.

I've been ridiculed by Burnings staff for about 40 minutes because I don't speak English well. It was so sad, and I'm afraid to go to Burnings again. I came yesterday feeling unbearable embarrassment.

Bunnings, you know what you are getting, you know where everything is located.

Had an issue with a lawn mower the guys at bunnings switched it out for me in Less than 5minutes easy fast thumbs up from me

I love Bunnings. The staff member who helped me today to buy a mower and whipper snipper was so helpful. She explained everything I needed to know. Thank You so much.

Staff didn't really care and didn't go out of their way to help - it was like having customers is an inconvenience. And considering they had like 3 staff members in the store, the rest were most likely hiding from customers.
Then to top things off, all the items I was looking for were all out of stock and the lady I did eventually talk to seemed to not care or try to find an alternative option or store.
