The staff talk to you without even facing you. They just ignore the customer. EXTREME TERRIBLE SERVICE so far I've ever seen.

I am waiting and waiting for your email. Why don't you just say "We're closed". Your online system is pretty bad, it can't easily search for the right item. It has been 7 days and I am still waiting for your email. What is the point of having this click and collect and not able to process the orders?

Great customer service from the Bunnings Eastgardens team, especially Hannah who helped to arrange the re-delivery of my missing order that was mistakenly sent to WA. Really impressed with the team!

Poorly designed online store. It is very hard to search for an item unless you know the exact name. Unless most other stores' search engine it will not suggest similar items for comparison. It is unacceptable that Click and Collect takes a few days to process.

Did a collect order. Very fast and efficient. The lady that came out was super friendly and safe.

They need to have more staff to work on the online click and collect orders. For 4 days they could not process my order for only 5 items. If I didn't call perhaps it would take another few more days. I have ordered things from other big online stores and they got processed as quickly as normal.

Impossible to shop on line can't view anything that's if you can find what you want in the first place you would think at this time it would be easy to shop on line.

I've observed this Bunnings over the past couple of months and I have to say it's one of the best run and well looked after Bunnings Stores I've ever come across. The staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Management of this store should be very proud of this store and there staff.

I have always received the best service and assistance since being established within walking distance from my place. I do spend a lot of my time there and loving it.

One stop huge warehouse size shop for everything you could imagine for your household, decoration, fixing, repair and cleaning need. They are reasonably priced. Staff here are generally helping when approach.

The guy who was closing the paint section on Saturday 15th is incredibly good. Bunnings is the best!

Can someone please explain to me why the whole family and the dog need to go to buy a light bulb

Major selection of everything hardware and more. Customer help in store is slow but I ended up finding the products myself very big store with heaps of bargains.

Some staff members not to helpful tried to get a battery for my Line trimmer no sign at garden tools to say that they where locked away at tool store check out

This Bunnings is huge!
Has a great variety in the garden section as well as tools and timber.
Cafe has some decent coffee and the usual area for the kids and home improvement workshops.
Plenty of parking underground.

Bunnings Eastgardens in Pagewood is a relatively new store. Parking is underground and always has lots of spaces available. The shelves are always stocked with everything I have looked for and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s perfect for a quick shopping visit and you will most likely find a stand in the entrance foyer selling cakes or sausage sizzle on the weekends.

I found the staff very helpful to me and they know where most things are all you need to do is track 1 of them down and they will be able to sort you out

This is a great Bunnings! More stock, more space between aisles, more parking and most helpful staff.

By far one of the bigger Bunnings I’ve been to. Staff were extremely helpful as we were looking for a very specific product that was out of stock at most other Bunnings stores nearby. Plenty of parking underneath so that’s never going to be an issue.

The garden section had a huge selection of healthy and vibrant plants. This was the typical Bunnings trip where I came for one thing and walked out with a trolley load.
