Bunnings Eastgardens reviews
64 There is nothing.
Tools, camping gear, household goods, everything is there.
Parking is convenient and you can buy in bulk, so you can buy it at a low price.
Paint matching machine not working (for a while now apparently according to staff). Aisles also closed off to products I required. Lack luster staff. Said good morning to one staff member & he looked at me and just walked off.
Went to Bunnings Randwick instead. Much smaller shop than Eastgardens. Roof parking there sucks, but they match paint accurately & have helpful staff. Just the layout there is a bit of a rabbit warren.
We went there for volcanic rocks today and saw a damaged bag of 10kg red scoria rock on the top of the pallet, it had been opened a big hole in the middle, the loosen rocks were spread around and dropped on the floor, but when we required the discount, the staff who worked at landscape section said only can reduce to couple or few dollars, then he took this bag away, so I have a question that may be this asian guy wants to keep it for himself, because the normal price for this 10kg red scoria is $25/bag.
It’s ok if you don’t want any help or decent service, every now and then you get some help but it’s the only place in the world where you can buy a wheelbarrow, a chainsaw, Lime, acid, a shovel, Garbage bags, a Tarp and Zip ties and they help you carry it to your car whilst cracking serial killer jokes …… When you literally have just purchased the serial killer starter kit……
This is now my local Bunnings. In store today looking for LEd globes. Found a super helpful and knowledgeable staff member who pointed me exactly to where to find the product I was after and what best to buy. I previously dealt with him in the paint section where his product knowledge was also exemplary. Thank you Jason? I’m pretty sure that was his name badge. Valuable staff member.
Twice I have been to the section kitchen at Matraville Bunnings, trying to purchase a Benchtops and the staff has been rude and indifferent to bring any service. Shocking
Atrocious customer service. My mum was laughing and trying to make small talk with the woman manning the garden area registers today. I saw the woman in question mockingly imitate my mum's laugh. I don't know whether to be angry or laugh my head off - because that experience was bloody childish. I felt like I was back in kindergarten; but nope, that god-awful behaviour came from an adult Bunnings employee. Where do you manage to get these people from, Bunnings?
Prior to this experience, I also overheard some other customers talking about how 'friendly' this woman was. Such a shining beacon of customer service!
"Worst. Bunnings. Ever" - Comic Book Guy.
Don’t you love the staff play cat and mouse with you. They seem to try hard to avoid customers. Waited over 45mins to get help.
If you’re suffering low blood pressure I’d recommend their click and collect shopping experience. Once you’re item is paid for you you get a boiler plate email instructing you to “look for the click and collect signs once you get to the car park and then call the number on the sign. ” predictable challenge: There are no signs. Certainly none that were immediately apparent. We ended up at the the tradie collection area where we had some challenges communicating with the door attendant who’s English wasn’t that flash. To be fair my Hindi is a lot worse so maybe that’s on me. Highly recommend using Sydney Tools dot com. Maybe even Amazon or just drive there without the click and collect hassles.
This is a very good Bunnings, they have very helpful staff (thank you Andy), although to be honest their meat pies’ structural integrity could be improved. Good for a quick stop, highly recommended.
Competent approachable store personnel with expert knowledge, ready to assist and point you in right direction.
Par for Bunnings, despite using locator app, no stock on shelf. 10 minutes to find staff for help, only to learn the stock has moved. Please do better and hire more staff.
Well stocked. Found everything I needee easily and there seemed to be plenty of staff available to help
$14.80 for few drops of paint tint just like that because this huge shop don’t want to price it up and using price for sample pot and keep ripping ppl off making this few drops more expensive then gold. It’s stealing from customers just a beginning!
I had been to many Bunnings in many times in the last 10 years, always excellent exceptional service, and when requested help most are extremely helpful. Been to bunnings in East garden today to get lots of equipment, over $600 products and got lots of brick tiles as it’s on sales, however when checking out at the garden section, the older woman staff Debra is extremely rude, won’t ask other staff to come and help us push the trolley to our car when requested, when there is no drive through like many of other bunnings, and they put their brick tile at the farthest to the car park as possible, not only that, she also overcharged us with the wrong brick tile and when asked for correction her male colleague won’t admit fault and said it’s our responsibility to tell them what product we bought. These 2 are lazy standing around in the garden section chatting when there are no customers waiting, and she won’t even call other to help us which is what has been offered in the past, and is the norm for many bunnings we had been to. Is she racist i wonder? As we are definitely not white enough for her services. Please look into this bunnings as this is probably the worst experience i had in Australia im the last 10 years i lived in Sydney. The young man name Prab is excellent and was very helpful as we went to the help desk to ask for help, and they ask him to come help us, so are the other excellent young beautiful staffs working at help desk there today, this is the usual bunnings experience i am used to. But a horrible staff in your shop is very bad for the whole customer service experience. Sometimes is wrong.
Poor customer service with people who have a disability and targets people who have a disability and other customers don't have proper support information on the upcoming event on nsw government of Muppets
Excellent flawless click & collect service with friendly helpful staff. From the start with security directing you where to park, to the Bunnings staffer greeting you and loading the items into your car - simply the best click and collect service provided when compared to in comparison to other major stores.
What can you say. BUNNINGS has Everything (except pizza). Great place.nice and localhuge shop, lots of parking.
Poorly trained staff. No idea how to do basics like return items from Power Pass or book hire tools.
Click & collect, hopeless. We live 5 minutes away from the store, ordered a small order for click & collect on the Wednesday morning, to date it is Saturday & we've heard nothing. I rang 6 times receiving a message that says we're too busy to take to calls over 2 days. Don't do it.
