Good store with most items in stock and in a convenient location with ample parking. Nursery is maintained well. Coffee is good too.
Tis A Huge Super Bunnings with 2 Levels of Products. Could easily spend a couple of hours there and lots of money.
The best Bunnings ever, they have everything there 2 levels easy access travelator up and down, really friendly staff easy parking and entrance, found exactly what I was looking for, and the music wasn't too loud, so good job Bunnings,
Horrible service. Asked a lady for the price if a 20.kg bag of charcoal, she said to take it to the register which is on the other end if the store, as she did not have a scanner.

One of the biggest Bunnings in the Hills area. If any item is out of stock at your local bunnings try Castle Hill.
Thank you to your staff Tom. Few days ago I bought a Top table gas heater which was on clearance. Some parts of this item were missing. Tom provided to me professional assistance, was very polite, patient and helpful.
Same products but store is spread across 2 levels and completely throws you out. Friendly staff, carpark is 3 levels but lift only goes to 2 so we thought car had gotten stolen, I know, my bad.
Absolutely ridiculous. Went to the front desk asking for some help picking a line trimmer. Was asked to wait at the aisle and they'd make an announcement. Announcement was made. No one turned up. I raised it couple more times. Not a thing happened. 40 minutes I was waiting. Went a week later today. I'm right here waiting for more than 30 minutes. The staff looked at me and ran off to get a Dave and that's the last I heard. An hour and 20 minutes I've been to the same aisle with no help. Horrendous customer service.
Staff avoiding eye contact, have to chase them all the time for assistance. Eventually when reached one, was not able to help as didnt onow where things are located.
Only leaving 2 stars for better variety of products than in other Bunnings shops
Helpful staff and plenty of room to move. This store has so much more product variety than some of the other Bunnings stores nearby. Also often has availability of product when other stores don't. I always check availability online before heading out to any Bunnings stores to prevent disappointment.
Like most bunnings there isn't enough staff to help you out.
So best to look online what you want as it will state what aisle, bay it is. I found some products not stocked up, still boxed right at the top that's when i would wait a while for service.
LES from the Tool Shop in Bunnings Castle hill is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff I have met. He took time to explain and demonstrate the best way to complete my intended home job. The screw sizes I need is very hard to find. Very pleased with the shopping experience & highly recommend him from Castle hill store. Thank you very much!
Big nice staff need at least 3 hours to be able to see just how much they have to offer in its two level store so big good sales enjoyed
I think we hold shares in Bunnings. We seem to need something every week.
We always find what we need.
Service is very good. The staff r very knowledgeable, especially in the paint department.
Bunch of non helpful staff, they don't even want to talk to the customers. Specifically, at special order desk upstairs, and outdoor living area. Special order desk staff are always talk to each other, and ignore customers, Rude and unprofessional are the best word to describe their behaviour. If you walk back to aisle 32 or 120 (outdoor display) you will see an angry face of outdoor living manager, she is always ready to fight, if you ask any questions.
Stock control needs improving at this store. Bunnings app says 'In stock' but when I attend on-site, there is no stock. How can I now trust what the app tells me. Do I need to call the store everytime to check stock of what I want?
Expect an increase in calls because of this. This really should not happen.
I needed some fresh turf and castle hill showed stock online. On my arrival, İ got told by a self righteous worker that there was no stock and it is usually delivered Friday or Saturday and İ should have called first. Really? Why should I call, when you boast about your apps and online stock inventory? Maybe you should adjust your stock levels or at least update so that people don't get frustrated with your incompetence and arrogance. Total dissatisfaction as İ farewelled with a soldier salute to the individual who acted like a drill sergeant. İ hope he got the message.
I also come here with my son (photo attached) and we have a blast smelling the manure in the plant section which my son gets a little too excited about (hes autistic: o) bu the staff always understand.cheers big ears
