Inconsistent customer service. Depending on who I end up talking to, I either get really good advice and attention.
Lately there are not enough staff members to attend to the customers.
Online shopping with this particular store is frustrating. I ordered an item online, set it up for a pick up at this store, paid for it and they lost track of it. So I cancelled it and asked for refund. Went to the store to order and there it was.

Very well mannered and helpful staff members, beautiful environment never had any issues purchasing and locating items, staff are always there when you need them, the staff members make the place great, because its a very large warehouse when your looking for something the staff members don't just point things out for you, they also will take you there, good work

I always loved bunnings everywhere you'll go they jave exactly the same layout of the stores, very organised so easy to find all the things you will needed.

The best place to find what you need about, house, garden, construction, good service and excellent delivery in a pandemic. I love Bunnings. Thank you.

Richmond Automatic Gate Opener For Double Swing Gates

I asked the store manager about the above product.
Rudely he replies, that's a custom order, special order we do not stock that.
I told him, your website says that you do.
He says do you have a code rudely again.
He then says Aile 6.
The he said it's a garage door opener.
I told him that's not what the description says.
Worst service, will never go to this store again.
Absolute rubbish.

A young employee known as Dominic assisted me with carrying my new patio heater to the boot of my 2021 Ford Ranger Raptor. He was a bubbly bright young man with great intentions and even better customer service. He helped me with a smile on his face and didn't even ask for a positive review. Thank You Dominic I will definitely be a returning customer to Bonnyrigg Bunnings!

Due to COVID-19. This Bunnings store should provide musk for their customers. Your customers going to your store are spending more than you JUST hand out 1 musk (40c ea). Let say your store doesn't sell musk which is understandable but you do sell them and make your customers to buy 10 from you to get into your store is unbelievable. Very poor business running. I'm sure your CEO have a different ideas.
To get this kind of feedback is worth more than 40c I'm giving you!

Came in to the store just before closing to get some paint. I was served by Nikola. He greeted me with a sincere attitude even though it was right at closing time and I need some paint mixed. Being a manager myself at a large Australian retailer, he has all the qualities of a great customer service assistant. Well done Bunnings on having a great asset in your business! These qualities are a rarity in this day and age.

Love bunnings and sausage sizzles are finally back, so splendid. You can practically find everything you need here. Great service too, last time i visited was for some plants. Still thriving

They have everything you need to get the job done PLUS they have a play area next to a Cafe. So daddy can get what he needs whilst mummy sits and enjoys a coffee and watches bubs play. What a perfect world

I was very happy with service in Bunning Bonnyrigg until I started using excellent organic vegetable concentrate “HARVEST Fertiliser Concentrate”, but after a while I noticed that these products started to dilute, 10 times. I don’t think it’s a mistake by the manufacturers but by cheating customers by Bunning workers in Bonnyrigg because usually of the 5 products I bought, 1 was diluted. I complained 4 times about this scam, and they gave me back the correct product. Yesterday, when I bought the diluted product again, I decided to tell about it publicly, and if necessary, publicly, and through the media. Only one problem with this product is because there is no seal what is subject of manipulation.

I feel like I am living in Bunnings warehouse because I enjoy to shop there so much. Nice and friendly staff and product are so well organised. Keep up the good work guys.

Asked for advice on corner kitchen hinge out of huge range so I can get correct one, gave me the wrong one.gotta go back now.frustrating

It took me forever to find anything. Most of the staff there were actively avoiding customers. While others were having very loud & inappropriate conversations about fights.

Lost a large amount of money. Thought it was gone but the staff contacted me today and returned the money. The staff are not only helpful but they are also very honest.

Had a team member Zynal serve me, he was extremely helpful and great customer service skills. A lot better then other staff members. Highly recommend visiting Zynal for any paint queries.

He went above and beyond to assist me
I was not too happy with the color that I chose so I asked Adam to darken it
He was very honest and transparent in the way he explained that he may not get the color I want and I may not be saytified with the results but he’ll do his best if that is what I want
He darkened the color gradual till I was happy
He took a lot of time to meet my needs the best he could and was very patient with me
I was very happy that he assisted me and that I did not have to waste the pain having bought 6 liters
He is very helpful and definitely a big asset to Bunnings
