Bunnings Bonnyrigg reviews
64 Everyone knows Or should know that Bunnings in Australia is definitely number 1
Not only for their low prices but most importantly the varieties that's available to all from garden lovers to home improvement addicts.
I as a customer don't have to say much.
Why?
When you say Hardware.
Bunnings is the 1st place that comes to mind with their good quality products/helpful+ knowledgeable staff and their unbelievable + unbeatable prices
Only thing I don't like is A big growing population place like Liverpool NSW don't have a Bunnings
I’m extremely EXTREMELY grateful for a gentleman named Sharn for helping me today in the parking lot.
Sharn is a worker at Bunnings Bonnyrigg and
Due to my severe disability and stubbornness I tried to lift a large piece of wood into my car, Sharn literally ran over when he sore me trying to lift the xlarge piece of wood into my car, he STOPPED me and insisted to help me!
I will be forever grateful for his help and support despite my stubbornness, I wish I can rate a higher number than five stars on Sharn assistance, he even suggested to put a blanket in my car around the bottom of the wood so it won’t damage or slide out on my car.
Thank you, Thank you, THANKYOU Sharn and Bunnings Bonnyrigg for hiring such amazing staff!
Bunnings is the only place to go for all your hardware stock. Whatever you need you will find it at a good price.
Went to my local store to purchase a pot. While heading back to the car with my trolley, a employee named Sharn who was collecting trolleys in the carpark came over and asked if I would like some assistance getting my newly purchased pot into the car. I really appreciated this offer as the pot was large and heavy. I have never received this sort of service from a Bunnings employee and thought i'd write a review for the service this gent provided. Keep up the good work.
Thanks to Sharn for his help today. If not for him, I wouldn't be able to fit my flexi storage cube into my car boot.
Thanks for your good customer service.
I came in yesterday evening to retrieve a click and collect and was so rudely spoken to you by the lady behind the counter for absolutely no reason. She was huffing and puffing the entire time until she called a male staff member over to help. He was saving the grace. He was so polite and informative and gave me my order without any attitude whatsoever. I didn’t get the lady’s name, and I know customers can be rude - however I was nothing but nice and received poor treatment in return. Maybe customer service isn’t the right role for her.
Bonnyrigg bunnings is great there was no hassle with click and collect during shut down, it was ready for pick up that day nothing like Smithfield bunnings which took weeks then I didn't get all my orders then I had to pay $40 for delivery for a mistake they did. I highly recommend Bonnyrigg and do not recommend Smithfield.
I was looking for reflective strips, was sent to 4 different locations in the store by staff. No one would actually look themselves. I finally found it. Paid for goods at Register 1. Picked up goods from counter, carried them in my arms to the car. When I got home the reflective strips were missing. I rang Bunnings, asked if I had left strips on the counter. Waited 25 min on hold & was supposed to be tfrd to Register 1. They never picked up. Special orders took my phone number & message & said staff on Register 1 would ring me back. Not holding my breathe. Not happy. Bonnyrigg.
October 20,2021 i called at bunnings bonnyrigg to inquire if there is available cherry tree for sale. But i waited for how may hours just to get the answer but
unfortunately the staff in Bunnings bonnyrigg never give me the answer, they only say i will put you in the nursery area and just for a few hours waiting they hang up the phone.
Very spacious. Plenty of parking. Very clean layout.
Everything is stacked neatly and well organised store.
Thank you Lina and Dion for helping me pick out a new V8 turbo engine lawnmower, full Boar 1050W 7kg SDS max demolition hammer and a new Venus flytrap plant. Excellent service.
Just like other Bunnings - lots of stock. It's air conditioned and has plenty of sheltered parking space.
Right now with COVID restrictions, no browsing and essential purchases only.
Recently had the opportunity to do drive and collect for goods ordered online.
Efficient service and was easily able to collect my items direct to my car boot.
Wow A huge store with everything you need for your DIY projects. Good range of products and friendly people with good advice
Security said buy online then pick up right now before I buy (available shock) later worker said to me sorry pick up by other days what a lazy worker down there.
INVISIBILITY IS POSSIBLE at BUNNINGS Bonnyrigg.
Staff see you asking for help and walk past you
Everyone has an attitude problem
They take my money but act as if they're doing me a favour
Staff are liturally hiding
0 greeting (that's a stretch for these guys but it is done in other bunnings locations)
Staff are rude, angry and need a serious attitude adjustment. Especially the chubby on duty 'manager' who belongs at the back of a mechanic store. She's suited for a back of house task. Never let her be seen by people. Seriously.
Get rid of your management. Get new managers who actually understand retail.and seriously, you're getting paid to be there. Do your job you're not doing anyone a favour.
For the prices you charge you sure do need some lessons in manners, basic retail and common courtesy.
Recently I’ve visited Bunnings and was greeted by a extremely polite and helpful gentleman which I recall was names ‘bobby’ who assisted me throughout my whole shopping experience and aided all of my inquiries professionally. I honestly couldn’t have had a better customer service experience by anyone else, I believe that bobby is an excellent and further excelling worker as well as a great addition to the Bunnings team. Bunnings good job with your employee selection and I hope to see this outstanding and polite behaviour every time I visit since bobby has risen the bar very high:)
A special thank you to Di the complex manager and her team at Bunnings Bonnyrigg who went the extra mile to ensure we had hot water working today at our home. At 1 am our hot water system started leaking badly and and it was clearly bad, so this morning I called Dux who were also very helpful as their supplier wasn't able to come out today leaving us without hot water until tomorrow.
Di at Bunnings agreed to supply my plumber with a replacement DUX hot water system at no cost this morning and Dux agreed to send Bunning
a replacement unit as the unit was covered under warranty.
As I write this email at 11.15 am Steve from Mirca plumbing was installing the new hot water service.
Thank you Di at Bunnings, Thank you Di at Dux and Steve our plumber. Great work guys
Friendly and professional staff they also had these cute little tags you can pin to your top if you're exempted from wearing a mask
Lovely staff, I had to return a bin because it did not fit my cupboard and they made the process quick and easy.
