Bunnings Belrose

Good bunnings but the trade entrance often has long delays and once your in the line your stuck.

Not the best Bunnings as it feels like they cram everything in a small space but it does have everything your really need.

Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of plants. Found what we had been looking for.

I love going to Bunnings - to me its a refuge from the sometimes tedium of my day and there is always something interesting on sale there

I think may be the biggest bunnings in Sydney's northern beaches. Helpful staff. Adequate products but sometimes products are out of stock for a long time. Ample parking area. Easily accessible.

Almost 9am on a Sunday morning, there was only one manual checkout open for the entire store? ! We talking about warehouse here. Auggest friebdly staff member open up more checkouts instead of just saying hello.

Argh! They've completely changed the layout. I've been shopping there regularly from when it was BBC HardwareHouse. I knew it better than the back of my hand. Now I have to learn it all over again. At least I have an excuse when a 10 minute trip to Bunnings takes 30 minutes.

Had such an annoying experience with an impossible to work trolley that should have been in the bin instead of our on the floor. Being pregnant and a 40 degree day it was really not ideal. However the guy standing at the door got one of the younger staff members Tom to help me with the trolley to the car because he could see I was struggling.
Thank you so much to Tom and also to the Bunnings worker at the door who asked him to help me out. It did not go unappreciated

Bunnings service has gone down hill badly!
The number of disinterested & off hand staff I have encountered in a number of stores around various states but most recently in NSW & the ACT is disappointing. Where you could find, a "team member" in most sections of the store now they seem to run on skeleton staff.
Also entry & exit doors in smaller stores that I gave been to force customers entering & exiting to cross over on their intended path, a big No No with Covid distancing but management seem oblivious to this!

Belrose Bunnings seems to carry most things I need, it is a huge warehouse store, but occasionally I use their special order desk to track down something not available in the store. Simply describe what you are after, they look it up, when you are happy with the search, they order it and all you need to do is pay for your order and then wait for either phone call or text to say it has arrived. Saves a lot of hassle and time.

Place was virtually empty, due to the Covid outbreak on the Northern Beaches.
Strict Covid precautions in place, including checking in.
As for the store itself, it would be rare not to find what you were looking for.
You often leave with stuff that you didn't know you needed

Confusion reigns at bunnings. Checking online things are in stock. When arriving it is not and will get two different opinions from staff whether in stock and the location of the item.

For all your needs be i t building, projects, swimming pool, lighting, anything and everything you need all under one roof. Also awesome for their garden products.

The pricing for pots, plants and soil is cheaper than flower power. Although the pot pricing is a bit confusing as all the pots were in the wrong places

Easy outside and undercover parking, helpful and available staff, assisted and self checkout, cafe, and toilets. Excellent for Tradies!

Bad service and old or young tradies who either haven't made it in their trade or outdated and don't care. Also cheap material and products that are not made for their purpose.

I phoned about availability of a product. The gentleman from Bunnings said it would arrive after lunch and offered to phone me back when it did arrive. True to his word, he did just that! I also received help packing the heavy item into my car. Very impressed with old fashioned, personal service. Good on you Bunnings!

Well my shopping experience was good very helpful staff. But the let down was that I had paid for all my purchases at the tool counter, so when I walked through the entrance there was no one to check my good, the girl was talking to other staff members at the enquiry counter, I stood there and she just keep talking. I walked and another staff member walked past me, I asked him to check my dockets and his reply was " that's ok I don't really care ". Disappointing that your staff have that attitude.
