Bunnings Belrose reviews
78Nice clean store, well ticketed products, outdoor section great lay out easy yo move around, very helpful staff,
This is conveniently located in the Austlink corporate Park in Belrose. This warehouse has a big and we'll maintained garden section which is far better than what is available in other Bunnings outlets in the upper North shore area. Same applies to the customer service which much better than other Bunnings outlets. Parking and availablity of other stock items is very good, however, like other Bunnings outlets you may not find a particular item you may be looking for. It is better to go to the Bunnings website and check whether the item you want is available at this store.
BIG BUNNINGS ay BELROSE!
Everything you'd expect from Bunnings. DIY homemaker supplies and Tradies alike at their famous prices. What's not to like? !
The staff as always, are friendly and knowledgeable to boot. I luv these old folk.so wise and practical
The choice of Bunnings store locations to visit is either Belrose or Manly Vale. Bunnings at Warringah Mall and at Narrabeen generally do not have the variety or volume of product selection.
Has everything you need for projects at home, their best asset for me is their staff, always willing to help and answer my many questions!
Staff was not helpful. Tried to me they didn't sell an item and to go somewhere else. Well they were wrong and finally found what I needed, as the website had told me they had it.
Had a booking with Kaboodle kitchen department, the kitchen team were away! No one bothered to notify us.
Normally low stock of steel products, I usually go to Chatswood or other stores. Also not well organised plumbing section with lots of parts in wrong bins. Lots of staff hanging around but not much sorting or organizing.
A largish Bunnings. Artatmon, East Chatswood & Gladesville are bigger & newer with more range
Kitchen bench is well overdue. No one knows where it is, they only know it was delivered by their supplier. The excuse being it's mayhem as the kitchen staff have left the company.
The service as Bunnings Belrose is excellent. I would give 6 stars to Luke, one of the assistants. He is a gentleman and his genuine desire to assist and clarify is formidable.
Best run Bunnings store north of the harbour.
I spend around $4000 a month at Bunnings and the customer service, attitude and staff responsiveness is outstanding.
Having seen the assistant manager (young guy with a beard) in action motivating his staff and leading by example, Im not surprised.
Bunnings is the home reno version of kmart.
Lowest prices aren't just the beginning.prepping & priming to get started on the job plus about 50 visits back to bunnings for things you forgot to get the first time because you get distracted and instead of walking out with sand paper you walk out with a new indoor plant that you didn't need
Click and collect is and absolute joke here, lack of signage, handful of people out the front doing nothing, yet click and collect takes 20 minutes. One person on, phone number rings dead.
Love Bunnings Belrose, nice big store that has everything you would need for your home and garden.
The click and collect is seamless and this is my favorite Bunnings in NSW.
Do NOT use 'drive and collect' service. Followed the instructions to drive and collect the items at the instructed time slot. Waited for more than 50mins to collect when they are not busy (i am the only one waiting at the empty car park). Also had to call the store 3 times to tell them i was there to pick up. In the end found a staff at the car park told him the pickup order to push get the order. Not very happy with service. Do not offer when you cannot deliver!
"Click and Collect" should be renamed "Come and Wait".
Systems need improvement to deal with change in shopping such as having a direct phone number to the "Click and Collect" team would save customers a 10min phone wait.
Do NOT offer a 'click and collect' service if you cannot DELIVER! Covid-19 is challenging for everyone but this experience was appalling! Bought online on Wednesday morning and at 3pm on Friday I still had not received a message that my items were ready for pick up from Bunnings Belrose. I called the store and was promised that it would be picked immediately. When I turned up at the store more than an hour later, the order still had not been picked: (! Lots of staff around but no-one seemed to know what they were doing. They promised the order would be picked there and then only to be told more than 15 minutes later that half of my order was not in stock! FIRST and LAST last time I use click and collect. If I had gone on Wednesday most likely I would have been in and out of the store under 10 minutes with my items. So frustrating! I wonder how long it will take for them to refund the items not in stock.
Staff in generally speaking very helpful except one who work inside the paint mixing area, who demonstrated behaviour of unwilling to help. Staff who had shown great work attitude e.g. Luke in screws area, Christ in outdoor Timber area, and the one who worked in plumber section. In all, I do recommend this Belrose Bunnings.
I shop at many Bunnings and rate this average. The shelves aren't well stocked and organised. Staff are friendly but not knowledgeable and avoid customers. Trade drive through is poorly managed. If you can get to Dural it's much better there.
