Great place for a range of projects materials like gardening, pets, science experiments but not everything you might need. One example is humus for gardening and other things

Nicely laid out, infoormation desk very helpful saves your legs, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Great work tonight at Ballina Lily had finished her shift but could see the customers waiting in a long queue, so she opened back up to take the pressure off her other team mates. Good on you Lily keep up the good work. Ps I hope your boss reads this.

The coffee is good. Noisy screaming kids play area next to a cafe area is always going to win design awards. Hard to find hardware staff sometimes but there a few willing to help. Need to have a serious look at the background music. With all the great music out there sounds like Bunnings picked the top 100 waterboard torture tracks from Guantanamo Bay.

Bunning is my favourite shop there is always something new each time I visit.
I live a five minute walk away so I visit a lot.
Also the coffee shop is great the service is good the food excellent.

Bunnings is the same everywhere formula wise over priced over staffed though try find one when you need to ask someone, the trick is to ask as you enter the greet staff are always there.

It's way bigger than the Bunnings in Byron Bay. But, if it's a busy time of day then it can be hard to find what you're looking for. Their follow up customer service is excellent.

Seriously? Never been a fan of the Bunnings corporation, so never ever stepped foot in the place. But.

Was after a particular Orchid plant, rang every single florist from the North Coast of NSW to the Gold Coast, not one of them had what I wanted. A friend suggested try Bunnings.

Well when all else fails it's what you do. I rang first, asked to be put through to the plant section and asked about the Orchid. The had several. So off to town I went.

OMG they had such a range from $14-$100. They had the perfect one. The lady I spoke to on the phone just happened to be there chick I spoke to.

Can't praise her knowledge and professionalism enough. Thank you.

Called to confirm stock and to have it cut with there cutting service before getting there which they said they were happy to cut to the sizes I needed over the phone. Drove 40min to get there only to have them say they wouldn’t cut to the sizes I’d asked for and that they only cut to fit in your vehicle. Thanks for wasting my morning

Always great browsing have lots of products you need but staff sometimes just walk by without speaking.

I think a guy here has ESP because he knew i was looking for a lawn mower. Beside the fact that i was in the lawn kower section looking at lawn mowers

Sadly this visit was not the best.
Three young female staff were more interested in their social life than assisting.
This was very uncommon.

Absolutely love bunnings! Everything is easily accessible, the staff are knowledgeable (especially the garden man!) Cafe has nice fresh food, and the kids playground is always clean and free from rubbish. Love that the kids have things to do on certain days e.g. Arts and crafts. We often use this as a Sunday family trip out!

Staff actually come around to help you, instead of you having to chase them down for help. That earns highest marks from me

Friendly staff. Great place to shop for hardware and garden. Always enjoy my visits to Bunnings Ballina. Such a friendly environment.

Wesfarmers are selling Coles and concentrating on expanding their Bunnings businesses. Is that a good move considering 2 new German companies will be competing with Bunnings?
