Bunnings Ballina

My experience in Ballina Bunnings is always positive (my favourite place to go to). Staff always friendly and happy to help. Today, 16/11/23, came to buy a $1000 product and realised I left my wallet at home. Sophie the young lady in the information desk was sooo helpful so I was able to pay with my phone. Leanne in plumbing also very helpful. I would give them more stars if it was possible. Thanks.

Hard to get staff help. They seem to be hiding in the back talking or pretending to be busy.

I note Paul Grays review 2 months ago and completely empathise with him & how he was made to feel by Bunnings Ballina staff. Bunnings Ballina clearly have an issue with giving proper respect to their customers and have forgotten the classic retail mantra “customer is king”. Popped in for an adhoc visit yesterday with my 7 year old lad and got treated like a king by the lovely girl in special orders, then a criminal by the young man at the service desk together with the store manager ‘Mike’ who defended the young man’s rude attitude & inconsistent customer service. Since when is a valid NSW drivers license not an acceptable form of identification in the state of NSW? You may currently enjoy overwhelmingly dominant market share in Australia Bunnings, but that doesn’t entitle you to treat paying customers like criminals…. Bunnings head office take note or people will eventually vote with their purses & you’ll be just another Canon or Blockbuster Video sooner than you think!

Just like at Lismore the staff are just so helpful and friendly. Especially the lovely lady in the plumbing section (Sorry I forgot your name). Staff just seemed to be everywhere.

Great spot for most all of your hardware needs, worth checking on line a lot of stuff isn't on the shelf to see but it's online like swimming pools, kids cubby houses etc

Everything I have tried to purchase in the last 6 months is out of stock. Ballina store really needs to lift their game.

This was our first time in this Bunnings. We bought some plants for our farm and we bought additional items that were on sale. Great customer service and friendly staff. My kids got a footy ball Bunnings branded, very cute present thank you. We took a family photo with the Big Prawn.

Nearly every time I go into Bunnings for something. I come out with extra

No mask regulating, lots of staff not wearing masks properly. Young staff member at front not asking people to check in. After that day I got two seperate notifications for being there at the same time as two positive cases. No wonder! Wouldn't be surprised if it was staff.

Great big bunnings, sausage sizzle on Saturday mornings. Friendly staff and everything you need including a kitchen sink.

I had to return a product with out a docket.it was no problem put amount on my card. I was very pleased

Love bunnings. Any excuse to get there to get stuff for the garden, BBQ, smoker, for the home or a rope to tie down stuff while transporting!

Very impressed with Briath. Saw us just staring into blank space obviously lost and he came to ask if we needed help. The first time in Bunnings where a staff initiated assistance and offered solid recommendation, it has never happened before. Management should be really proud of him!

Nice sized bunnings. Located right next to the big prawn, but don't expect to be buying prawns.

I was looking for a specific tool in the tool shop and couldn't find the thing I was looking for. But then a nice, handsome young lad came up to me. The boy named Sam really helped me out to find the drill piece I was looking for, and we also had a great chat about the local footy.
