Bunnings Alexandria

Pretty large hardware store. Took us a little to find our way up through the lifts though. Price is close to others. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.everyone needs bunnings

You lot need to sort out specifically where to hire and drop off hired tools. Got thrown around to 2 different lines (a bunnings staff member pointed me to the click and collect to where I could quickly drop it off) spent half an hour queuing up in the first line, 15 mins in a second one (im clearly a tradesman in hi vis that have to be at places to not let customers down, like you guys) to finally be told I have to re que where I was 40 mins ago!

Have your own designated area to hire stuff instead of waiting behind people returning multiple items and having multiple keys cut with 2 staff members for a line of about 10 - 15 customers (in the middle of a pandemic might i add).

Dont wast your time driving up there, call and check if the item in stock before, many items showing on the website that in stock, but when you get there the service desk will tell you sorry the items hasnt been updated on the system that out of stock

Very large and well-stocked double-storey Bunnings with plenty of underground parking. Can be a bit of traffic when leaving due to people waiting to turn right at the lights.

Really like bunning Alexandria.helpful staff most of the time and some staff who have no idea some of the time.

Good big Bunnings store. Busy on the wkend. Go mid week on an evening and have the run of the place to yourself. Love a Bunnings trip!

Paint section, REALLY! I have to wait more that 20 minutes for. 2 litre of paint
No eyes contact, rude They get inpatient with the Coustomer. VIC WAS THE EMPLOYEES

Parking lot is not the best. Too much concrete on corners.
Toilets could be much better and its a totally different layout to other bunnings i have been to (most are single level) so can be tricky to navigate unless you really know the store.
Otherwise its in a good locarion and has amazing stock levels.

Convenient location. Bigger size Bunnings with familiar store layout that helps to find things i need.

Good. Nice and easy to use click and collect. Great way to be sure you get what you want as it's pre arranged.

Pleasant staff but not enough at the checkout. Impossible to stay socially distanced with queues snaking into aisles

Got all the essentials. Have changed the rating of my review from 5 as I went in the other night to ask about Natural gas and BBQ but it would seem that because I'm male, the ways of the BBQ should be known within the ten commandments of man. Not only did I feel ridiculed but it was like the employee was way to busy to help a customer which I believe is one of the main points of his job. Would not recommend visiting this bunnings in the evening as you may meet this particular individual who may also make you feel like a complete idiot. In saying that, he was correct but the approach of his customer service was much to be desired.

This store is so big and so under staffed that you had better not want to ask a question. Having said that after spending two hours in store a staff member did approach and asked if I needed help lol

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

If they do not have a product in stock they will move heaven and earth to get it in for you!

Service is absolutely dreadful. Nobody around to help. No interest from any staff I can actually find. Great stores and products, terrible service!

The worst customer service I've experienced in long time. Don't bother asking anyone a question because they will tell you to look for someone else.which is what happens three times in a row on my first vist. No wonder the the info desk had a line of 6 annoyed looking people!

This bunnings is especially good. The staff are extremely helpful and know exactly what products are best for the job. Also, I'd like to thank Nick in particular for all the great painting tips!

Despite their website advising the item I wanted was in stock, it wasn't. Staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful, simply advising to go miles away. Don't rely on their inaccurate website suggesting items are available when they're not.

What can l say.my favourite toy shop! A great selection of products, wide range of special orders, and something for everyone. Staff generally know their products and try to please. Super easy returns. Good layout. Will cut timber, and better for plants than the nursery. Great DIY courses. You can't beat their prices. Bunnings work on keeping a customer for life and they've got me.

Had to return items bought in another bunnings store - had my e-receipt on my phone - easy peasy! Impressed.
