Afte checking many properties, we were surprised by the details and quality of the one offered by BuildQ. It was not the typical cookie-cutter approach, but something well designed. The windows are well placed, all the spaces are used efficiently, and the kitchen and bathroom have very nice details. They are also building another property nearby, and I can see they work fast.

Our experience with buildq has been amazing, undoubtedly their work is outstanding. Moreover, they work in a very flexible manner. They always understood how important is the house to us and made sure they accomadated the best where ever required. Above all, working with Varun and Krunal was the best part until now.

I approached them with my design and they went into greater lengths to help, suggest, guide further in regards to minute things that as a layman I was not aware of.
I must say I have no issues, complaints or regrets in their approach, professionalism, and dedication in the way they went out about once the contract was signed.

General assumption often is building your own home and dealing with builder can be hard and cumbersome task but I was fortunate to find Team BuildQ for my dream home. In my experience of building properties, BuildQ is by far the best team I have ever worked with.

Hi,
I was recently involved in a multi storey town houses project with them.
Their customer service was very good. Right from the initial stages of defining requirements to achieving the product suitable for marketing conditions to floor space ratios, I was been clearly briefed and made to understand in a professional manner. Staff at BuildQ made sure all the requirements were meet in the planning phase of the project which led to the approval phase transition easier with council.
We were explained the tender and contract part very clearly and my questions and negotiations on the contract stage was clearly articulated and resolved. I was explained all special conditions and cooling off period. I saw a post in regards to contract here which made me curious and worried however my experience was fabulous. Sometimes it a daunting task to understand all the terminology at once where i was patiently listened and was explained all clauses of contract in detail numerous times. I was given the option to extend my cooling off in case i was not comfortable with the conditions of contract. I took legal opinion from a solicitor and could not find any issues.
Their office staff always answered all of my queries and kept the project in check in terms of time, cost and quality. I had made number of changes in the construction phase which was dealt in a very prompt manner. My all stages of construction were built according to the standards and i was consulted on each and every stage.
My project has been nominated in the HIA Awards and i am very proud of it that all the hard work by team BuildQ and myself came off. All of my maintenance issues have been dealt by the maintenance staff very promptly and in time. All of my houses were professionally cleaned and all after handover service cleaning services by their sub-contractors were at a very reasonable price. My contract was not front loaded and from time to time i was given options with selections and lot of research was done in terms of introducing new designs to my houses. Team BuildQ and us designed new kitchens with open drop ceilings, star lights in our media room to name some.
I would strongly recommend you on your new venture may it be a small development or your first home to utilize their services. I would also finish it with some times customer has needs and expectations however to achieve it to a realistic possible level is where customer service standards have to be met. Good customer service typically means providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and making sure customer needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business. Team Build Q has done from time to time and i wish all the good luck for their hard yard efforts on my project.
