In today's world where people dont shy away from charging $500 for 5 mins of work/ guidance, my experience with Dipak has been that he was so selfless and was more concerned about guiding me the best possible path.

Dipak feels that helping a fellow human/person is more important than hurriedly signing a contract. While all other builders were eager to sign a contract with minimal transparency, Dipak was transparent and helpful beyond words.

It's been a great journey to build our home through Buildq. From the very start of the construction to the handover process, Buildq was very professional and quick response to our queries and concerns. I am really impressed with the finishing of the house and great quality work. The staff was very supportive and was providing quick response. BuildQ is a great company. They are very professional and did not charge extra as builders were charging during Covid19. Their staff we dealt with, is also very customer orientated. Post handover service is also great. Supervisor Ghanshayam Parmar has been addressing any issues we have, at its earliest.

We liked BuildQ construction overall from start to end and you have made the process so smooth, happy with the response after construction also. They will listen our problem and will send person related to that work asap.

BuildQ was one of the worst experiences I had regarding rental.
They approved our application and before we transferred funds they gave property to someone else. We had given notice to current landlords and were left without anywhere to go.
They offer property to multiple tenants and then give to first one who pays deposit. They did not even notify us and told us if we pay deposit we can take another property they have.
They did not even care what they had done and told us it wasnt their problem.
NEVER go with these people, no communication and cut throat, only care about the money they get even if they say you have been approved be careful as they wont refund your funds if property is given to someone else.
Still waiting on them to get back to me but not holding my breath anymore

3 stars for post build: Issues agreed at the time of Handover were not fixed even after 12+ months. I will have to get them done at own expense as BuildQ focus is on new builds and has no capacity for maintenance issues.

3.5 stars for Build experience: had to follow up and keep a close eye on the details being missed. Supervisor changed 3-4 times causing the issues. Some are not attended to even after 12+ months after handover. I gave up on BuildQ and have to get them done through someone else.

We’ve been working with BuildQ on design and planning the new construction for few months now. It’s been a very good and pleasant experience so far. From the beginning Dipak and team have been transparent and very patient in clarifying all queries.
We found them to be completely honest and trustworthy which made them the obvious choice.
Construction commenced and feeling confident on the quality outcome over next few months.

I have just started my journey with buildq in terms of committment from my side but i have been talking with them from last 6 months. Mr. Deepak has been always available to me in all the modes. Be it physical, virtual meet etc.

He has helped me in my architecture and design stage without any expectations in return that i should go to buildq.

I am very new in construction industry so he was providing all the knowledge and education towards it.

What i have seen is that mr.deepak is very approachable and a good collaborator as well.

I always enjoy my all brainstorming and discussions with him as i get some good ideas as well.

He has got an through knowledge on the construction industry which makes me bit relax that i know that i am working with somebody who knows his craft and work.

In my case, i have called him on sunday and he was happilly available to talk.

I am pretty confident that my future journey with him would be pretty smooth and interesting one.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire buildq team. Mainly their technical knowledge is very impressive. The kind of knowledge and expertise they got about the rules and standards are commendable.we have been working with Varun and his team and they always makes sure they take care of our interests and put them into reality for us. I'm currently getting my house built by BuildQ group in Schofields so far the experience is good. I was given best features in their standard package itself which will be prestige package if you go to any project builder. The guidance that was provided right from planning to implementing is tremendous and when asked questions everthing is explained to detail. Staff is very customer friendly and they patiently answer all your queries.
