I’ve been with Build A Body for 2 years now and it has been a terrific experience with the team and my coach Joe bananas and beautiful Cass.

I’m 53 born and they have helped me with my strength and weight loss goals.

I have only been at BAB for 5 weeks and am really enjoying it! (I can't believe I just said that, as I have never stepped foot in a gym until now and the thought of torturing myself by exercising didn't appeal to me!)

Build a Body is a great facility with top equipment and has a great environment. The staff is very friendly, the music is awesome and its a comfortable place for anyone to train at. Oh, and it's the nicest smelling gym. (weird, but true!)

I could not be happier with my results thus far and a big shout out to my PT Will, who always greets me with a smile and gives instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement.

From someone who never worked out regularly, I look forward to each session and am really happy with my progress. Highly recommend BAB.

It’s easy. Get in your car drive to build a body and chat to Joey. There and then you will feel welcome to the family of build a body and your journey will start to happiness. A fantastic team of people willing to help you. It works. Trust me. I have joined 4 weeks again and I want to drop 20 kilos. Just look at the difference
No photo shop. No joking. Just look at the proof. I can’t thank the team enough. And will, my personal trainer is unbelievable at what he does. 10 kilos 4 weeks. It works trust me.

I joined semi private BAB in March 2023 and have absolutely loved it. This gym assigns you an individual coach that helps you keep motivated and accountable to whatever goals you choose. I was assigned Amy and she has helped me so much to learn all about fitness and nutrition. She knows when to push and encourage me to keep working towards my goals, and provides wholistic expertise on how to make positive lifestyle changes. The semi private BAB community is small and interactive, and all the class trainers are always so positive and encouraging. If you are looking for a new gym, I highly recommend joining no matter what your goals are:)

We have been training with Amy for some time now andwe couldn't be happier with the results.
Together my wife and I have lost over 25 kgs between us in weight since we started training with her. Amy is not only knowledgeable and professional, but she is also fun to train with. She keeps our workouts fresh and challenging, and always makes sure that we are using proper form.

One of the things that we appreciate most about Amy is her focus on both exercise and diet. She has helped us make significant improvements to our diet by providing us with personalized meal plans and nutritional guidance. Her holistic approach to fitness has been key in helping us achieve our fitness goals.

Overall, we highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer who can help you reach your fitness goals. She is a great coach who will keep you motivated and on track, while making sure that you have fun in the process.

I have been training with Ollie since July 2022. It took me a while to find my feet and get into a rhythm, but I’m really pleased with how it’s going and I’m in track to achieve my goals. He is very motivating, patient and very professional as are all the trainers there. Oliver also is the master of a dad joke. It’s a credit to Peter and Tess as they have created a gym where you feel like a part of a community. It’s motivating for the members and a gym where you won’t feel intimidated to walk into. I’m sure it’s a great place to come to work each day. I cant recommend the place highly enough for people of all fitness levels.

As a busy teacher, the last thing that’s on my mind is wanting to think about planning a gym session. Not to mention for someone who has not been in gym before, it is daunting.

This friendly gym environment and program not only builds my confidence in the gym but also makes me feel relieved that when I step into the doors of Build a Body, I am in trusted hands.

Highly recommend for all levels of fitness and goals you would love to achieve this year.

I joined BAB to help me with my bad back. At my last visit to the doctor, he told me to "continue what you are doing as it has improved your back".

Build a Body was the perfect way to kickstart my fitness routine after five years off looking after my twins. Initially I joined their 6 week challenge and lost a much needed 5kg. Then I continued going as I really enjoyed the community of friendly members and trainers. Not to mention their delish protein shakes! Would recommend BAB for anyone feeling imitated about stepping a foot into a gym. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve always found gyms intimidating, but having lost a significant amount of weight I found myself needing a little more help to finish and further my journey. That’s when I plucked up the courage to join BAB.

My coach Luke has a wonderfully natural ability to put you at ease, making you believe in yourself and what you can achieve. His approach doesn’t just focus on training and nutrition, but considers the person as a whole, leaving you trusting in both him and the process completely.
In just under a year, my confidence in the gym has come on leaps and bounds, and I am steadily achieving my goals.

In BAB, Tess and Pete have fostered a welcoming environment, which not only values you as an individual, but provides a family like network of support.
Irrespective of what your needs or goals are, I can wholeheartedly recommend BAB.

Joining BAB has by far been the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s life changing. Every single trainer is welcoming and the vibe inside the gym is always high.
They go above and beyond for you and are there to guide you through every step of the way.

The group classes are fantastic, challenging but adaptable if you need it. BAB has seriously changed my life.

Having been a part of this personal training community since my shoulder reconstruction, I can honestly say that my recovering could not be what is has been, without the time, care and assistance from the BAB team. Training has been customised to my recovery needs, patience has been given, understanding and clear directions on goals for rebuilding my shoulder and my body. The check-ins are honest but without guilt, the environment is healthy and fun, whilst remaining consistent in the outcomes we set to regain strength fitness and a healthier personal wellbeing. I am very happy with the team, my trainer and it's genuinely an ultra-friendly environment, with like-minded people that want to achieve their fitness goals with a smile. Come and have fun, build your new body and learn plenty along the way for a sustainable new way forward for personal health and fitness. I have very much enjoyed my last 14 months within the BAB team. Thank you for help to this point of my fitness goals!

About 5 weeks ago I joined the semi private classes at Build a Body. I went in with the belief that exercise is horrible, difficult and unenjoyable, so was curious to see if joining the BAB community could break this belief of mine. I had my doubts but was hoping for the best. And in all honestly I have been so pleasantly surprised by the way that I enjoy going to classes. The team are so fun and friendly, whilst also super professional and caring. And working out in a group setting has been so encouraging. I love what I have found at BAB. I’d most especially love to give a shout out to coach Paloma - classes with you are especially fun…. Even when I am dying mid workout I can’t help but smile at how much fun you are having…. Your joy is contagious.

This gym is the first one I’ve ever joined and cannot be more grateful to BAB for the opportunity to break my hesitation and low expectations of what a good gym can be and do for you.
I’ve built muscle, laughed, almost been sick from pushing too hard and learnt what is means to really push hard when you’re mind says no.usually the body can still push on once you shut down negative thoughts. A life lesson on negative thoughts right there:) If you’re considering trying BAB, you won’t regret it.

I had never stepped foot in a gym and always hated the though of exercise until I went to build a body! The team here are so nice and welcoming and the gym is great… it smells so nice to Pal and Amy are great coaches and run energetic, tough but really enjoyable classes. I absolutely love going and I feel like a new person since joining them only 6 weeks ago!
