I have a bee infestation that pervasively invades the wall cavity of my residential home.

The service life cycle, from initial engagement, performance of work, work completion and follow up exceeded my expectations.

The technician arrived on time, explained the scope of work, chemicals used and the level of access needed to perform the job.

He explained the limitations of works (as the bees entered the wall cavity, there was no external hive observable to terminate) and made recommendations to prevent further exasperation.

The technician was professional, respectful and engaging. To perform a relatively small job exceedingly well, I envision the same attributes would apply to large scale commercial jobs.

So far so good. Was contacted 30seconds after i applied for a quote onlie and was given a booking for 7am the next day! How is that for service. The technitian arrived on time, was very polite, and cost was reasonable too. Will wait to see the results after a few weeks and will update. But already see many dead bugs. Thanks Bugfree! Reccomended. Will be telling friends and family.

Booking process has been easy and friendly due to Kathryn. A very kind and personable gentleman, Fazel, carried out pest control (ants, cockroaches etc) application in an efficient manner. He pointed out that we probably needed termite inspection and showed me the areas of concern. He did not try and push me into purchasing this service. We took a few weeks to consider and have decided to undertake the inspection and have been given a price discount for our loyalty. We thought Bugfree prices were reasonable when compared with other similar companies.
I would highly recommend this company.

Good bloke came to fumigate our house who was cheerful and hard working. Will call him again in 12 months.

Initially I was pleased as bugfree quotes a very competitive price, but I suspect this may be due to the type of chemical that they use. Post pest control after a few months, I had bugs internally and externally and upon contacting bugfree they where happy to book a warranty call. On the day of the warranty call the technician was hesitated to do the respray and after a few excuses and challenges, resprayed downstairs, and advised that upstairs was not required. After challenging the technician, he only sprayed the room where the bugs where rather than covering the full upstairs. He also advised warranty does not cover external despite my paperwork showing 6 months warranty for internal and external.

So on conclusion, I am not sure if their chemical is watered down (I heard a lot of water go into the chemical container on the day of my re-spray) to get the prices down but warranty call outs are a challenge and they will provide a half-baked service. As the warranty call out was required and service offering experienced at that stage, I won’t be using bugfree again nor do I recommend them.

I had treatment done for bed bugs by anther contractor they came back straight away,
I called bugfree and they came and treated my unit and gave me warranty they did my hole unit at a very reasonable price compared to the first guy I used, unfortunately the bugs came back in one room so I called them to ask for help and they will be here next Thursday to respray and it's all covered under warranty, I think these guys did a great job the first time as well unfortunately I think the bugs might be in my hole building fingers crossed it gets sorted out.

Outstanding customer service experience- responded to my enquiry in less than a minute and came out to do the job later that same day. Job was done thoroughly, making sure to spray in the roof and all corners. Extra attention to the garage on my request. Most importantly though, they were mindful of my pets, ensuring the cat wasn't under the house and advised how long to leave the dog inside.
Assured me work is guaranteed and if I was concerned or saw any more bugs they would revisit at bo charge.
