I definitely recommend this service, I have used it multiple times and have been very happy. David is professional, thorough and explains the whole process. The service was able to attend outside of my work hours so was super convenient!

The person who came out was rude to my elderly mum and damaged our cabinet door. I did contact the company who asked for email with photos but did not receive a response. I would not recommend this company. The owner has now called and offered a refund.

Jessie From Bugfree was very professional and patient. He went through what he was going to do and patient with answering all the questions. Great company to deal with and highly recommend them.

David arrived on time with great communication, which was great especially on a rainy Sydney day. He was super professional, fast and explained the process very clearly. I had no hesitation leaving him in my home while my son and I left him to it.

We had the Cockroach Pest treatment done from Bugsfree and was not satisfied with results and called back in 4 weeks for re - treatment. They did not send anybody and asked us to wait for few months more for full treatment to take effect. We contacted them for invoice which they also did not send which we can keep for proof and warranty. Finally today on call they said your warranty has expired and if we want we can again pay for the treatment (which was never done properly initially). Highly unprofessional company and no customer satisfaction. Needs to be avoided completely

I cannot state to highly the brilliant service I received. The guys showed up with full COVID protection on they found every single nook and crummy plus extras that the roaches have been hiding in and sprayed and baited thoroughly. I contacted Bug Free after being extremely disappointed in the ‘service’ that I received from a bigger well known brand that I have been using for years. I have now changed to Bug Free they are simply awesome.

Excellent service & very effective & they are only to happy to help fixing your roach problem and they stand by their guarantee very professional & freindly service i very much recommend this company & service.

First treatment I was told that in 6 weeks my place would be cockroaches free. 6 weeks later call them and they come back for a second treatment for german cockroaches and 4 weeks my place would be cockroaches free. 4 weeks later and the coc6were taking over my place. Called a mother company and wit their first treatment in only 3 days could see the difference.

3 months and $100 waisted.

This morning Musur (?) arrived at the time we arranged. Explained everything so I understood what to do particularly with the dogs, he was very considerate. A very polite young man. We had not booked it but he was able to do the rat baits which was great.

I had my place sprayed twice from a different company and didn't see results.

Technician left my place 30 minutes ago and about 20-30 cockroaches have already run out and died, so nice to finally have it under control.

The technician who sprayed was incredibly thorough and professional. Will definetly have your company in to spray again
