Eric and David have been servicing my and my families' cars for the past 8 years.

The team has always been most helpful, completing works on a range of different makes and models from my heavily modified Subaru WRX, Golf GTi, Volvo XC70, Mini Cooper S, Volkswagen Polo, heavily modified Toyota Hilux and many more.

The team always go above and beyond to make sure everything is completed on time and at an affordable price!

Without doubt, this was the best experience I've had with a mechanic. David was incredibly friendly and helpful, and very transparent on pricing - he was upfront on what he could and couldn't do, and clearly told me the price before any work was done. Highly recommend.

Dave and his team are first class mechanics. I've taken my luxury cars there for many years. They are so honest, so reasonably priced and their servicing and repairs are always well done. They know the luxury brands really well and charge a fraction of dealer prices, whilst doing a much better job. I don't write many reviews but these guys are seriously good!

David is the best when one dealing with any European brand vehicle, I done repairs to both of our cars over there. The place clean beyond belief, diagnostics where quick and spot on, $2500 bill from other service become "$150 do it yourself, or add 2 hours labour, and we will sort it out for you" that was Merc, then we had a major fault with the robotronic of A5, the guide price elsewhere were starting from $5000 up. New gearbox from AUDI $15000! +And again David got it sort it out in 3 hours for peanuts compare to what was suggested.

I walked in the door just before closing time with a bit of a problem, and these guys helped me out instantly. Solved my issue on the spot and helped me out with a couple of other small issues at the same time, all for a very very fair price. A spotlessly clean and very well equipped workshop, with friendly, thorough and capable people. Excellent attention to detail with a safety focus. Pacific Automotive deserves seven stars, not only five! Thank-you, I'll be back!

David and the team have done an excellent job with my car. I was in a real pickle, my car broke down suddenly and I managed to get it to the workshop. David communicated to me exactly what he was going to do in order to diagnose the problem, and kept me informed throughout. Once the issue was identified, he advised me how he planned to fix it and how long it would take. My car was fixed according to plan. I am very happy with the work, glad to have my car back, and very grateful to the Pacific Automotive team. Great job thank you!
