I was hesitant at the start to go away from the larger property managers in the area.

I interviewed three companies in total and the gentlemen at Britton were streaks ahead of the others in terms of:
- personal presentation;
- explanation of their leasing strategy;
- taking time for a personal touch.

Heinrich and Marcell were honest and real from the start. Rather than falsely inflating the value they believed achievable, they gave me a figure of confidence and we ended up surpassing this considerably.

Further, I had an EXCELLENT tenant within a day of me personally vacating the property. This certainly helped with my financials.

My experience with Britton is only early on, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND thus far.
