My partner and I recently purchased a property with the assistance of Britton Realestate. Marcell was the team member we dealt with. It's been difficult during Covid restrictions to see places but he was very accommodating and was a wonderful mediator between us and the vendor.

I was very disappointed with the founder and felt that he was quite arrogant and clearly not looking after the best interests of the owners of the property. I was told on inspection of the property by the agent that the property had been on the market for a long time and the landlord was negotiable on the rent. Then I was told IN AN EMAIL, the owner was not going to accept the 430 (it was on the market for 450) reduction. I was not called to see whether I could make a counter offer etc.and then when I called to explain that I was very disappointed with the experience Marcell was quite aggressive on the phone. In the end I did not rent the property due to the agent.

Selling our house was a life change decision made for our family. We were nervous and we didn't know where to start. Gladly we met Marcell and his team from Britton Real Estate.
