Do not use i got a bond clean and they had to come back to finish the job and charged extra even thought they guaranteed bond back

I recommend Bpure's steam clean process as it completely rejuvenated our furnishings and carpets. Our pieces now look as new with all wear removed. The clean really gets down and removes the build up of dust and grime that occurs naturally over time. I would recommend this process every year to keep things looking fresh. I am impressed by Tom and Charlotte's passion for cleaning and they are a pleasure to work with.

We hired BPure to do a bond clean, including carpet steam cleaning. After the clean was complete, it was immediately evident that the house was unclean.

The floors had not been mopped. In the carpets we could rub our hands over and get chunks of fluff. The vacuum they used was worse quality than our own and did not pull anything out of the carpet.

The walls were not touched, not a single smudge cleaned even though in the quote it says walls spot cleaned.

The bathroom had mould in the grout and after the second time they came back, saying it would not come out, it took us 5 minutes to get some exit mould and clean it ourselves.

They did come back a second time to actually do the mopping after we complained, and attempted to vacuum again, but we had already spent the entire day cleaning after them. We had friends come and help, who all were shocked at the state the bond cleaners left it in.

Toilets were not scrubbed.
Skirting boards not wiped
Window tracks not vacuumed
Soap scum left on showers
Fans left with heaps of dust
Power points wiped with filthy cloth

We contacted the owner, but they made lots of excuses, but unfortunately they make you pay upfront, so they can do what they want. They did say they would come back a third time to clean, but we didn't have the time as the house was being sold and its not our job to tell them how to clean, specially when we paid a lot. No compensation was given.

We’ve had a great experience with Bpure cleaning.
It was suggested to us that carpet cleaning if done properly might help our son with asthma. He at that time was on medication and still having trouble breathing at least 3-4 nights week. Which required extra ventalin. Also our carpets hadn’t been cleaned for a while and where getting pretty dirty with 2 little kids in the house.
After we got our carpets cleaned by BPure they looked great and our son improved immediately. He’s now off his medication and only very occasionally requires ventalin. Which is an incredible change that we did not expect. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Had the carpet, tile and grout and internal walls professionally clean. Both cleaners did an excellent job, and were quiet and friendly. Great value for money.

Cleaner provided (Camila) needed a bit of training but turned out to be excellent. Very reliable and a fast learner.

The reviews posted are fake. They demand money upfront because they know you won’t pay after as their work is a disgrace. I paid 700 and the place was still dirty screens left off things broken and they just deny everything despite photographic evidence. I spent another full day cleaning. Dodgy people who are not cleaners.
