Hired these turkeys to complete a bond clean. To say they are "hopeless" is an understatement! Tom is very aggressive, demands payment upfront and left our job only half done. Just look at all of his responses to negative feedback. It always the clients fault. BPure is a poor company to deal with. I strongly suggest doing your own research on this company. Starting with asking all the local real estate companies in Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron Bay what BPure and Tom are like to deal with. Good luck to anyone dealing with this company!

WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE
for bond cleans. They will wait until closer to the clean then ask for payment up front. Attended twice and pretty much didn't do anything. Property manager needed to engage another cleaner to complete the works properly. Refer to multiple other reviews of the exact same issue. Also there are multiple fake positive reviews on this website (see profiles with no friends etc when you go into them). Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE.

*update - owner says it’s a fake review but I assure you it’s 100% for real. Have a look at other reviews on here and Bpure’s Facebook review section with the same story repeating. Don’t get stung!

Tom cleaned the carpet in my house, some confusion regarding the quoted amount and the invoice amount but overall the carpet came out well.

My floors were still stained after they did the job so I had to pay another guy to clean my carpets. I found their service very poor and the owner seems quite shady. Don't use them.

A terrible company to deal with! We engaged BPure to complete a bond clean on the basis they guaranteed our bond back. That was the first of many lies told by Tom. Upon competition of the clean they left the house very dirty and didn't even mop or sweep the floors. My first encounter with his staff was his manager sitting on the toilet playing on his phone with the door open. Their strategy is to do as little as possible then argue with the real estate! Very unprofessional and I ended up completing the clean myself. I do not recommend this company and they need to chase out of the Northern Rivers area. We are based in Lennox Head. Just shocking to deal with!

Tom and Shai are excellent to deal with! Great price to clean carpets in two rooms for end of lease clean plus our own large floor rugs. Tom sent a friendly reminder the day before confirming details; arrived on time and got the job done and invoiced promptly for the Real Estate. We couldn’t be happier with the service and top results - especially our large floor rug that the pets had marked! Thanks very much, we will DEFINITELY use you again

I used Bpure cleaning services today to pressure clean our roof and the exterior of our house. Very impressed with the way the house came up. Shai who attended our place was punctual and polite. His attention to detail and work ethic was seriously impressive. Would have no problem recommending Bpure to anyone looking for cleaning services. Would definitely use again.

Very disappointed with the whole experience and the end result of the job. DON’T GET FOOLED!

First of all, Tom (the owner) quoted me $200 to $250 but then invoiced me $385.
Tom was a very nice guy over the phone he raved about having the best machine around which would work better than any other carpet cleaner.
I sent photos of the carpets and he came to check out the place and he kept talking his job up before starting. I was delighted and hopeful he would do a great job.
Turns out he couldn’t get my carpets looking much better, AT ALL. Some guy came back one time after that (included in the quote) to work on the stains which didn’t make much of a difference.
After the job was over he just kept on saying “we are no magicians” to justify not being able to get 90% of the stains out.
The worst of this whole experience was the below:
Tom sent me the invoice before even finishing the job (!) : it was agreed they would come back a second time to work on the stains and that was part of the initial quote, Tom sent me invoice reminders every days even though the job wasn’t finished AND! Once they finally came back to work on the stains the guy held my house keys in hostage until I pay the invoice on the spot, as if I wasn’t going to pay it. So rude, this is the worst experience I’ve had.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Do NOT USE BPURE. They make you pay upfront then don't complete the job. They also broke our marble dining table into 3 pieces and said they would claim it on their insurance and we haven't heard back from them despite many attempts to recover the cost. Did not even finish the clean and left cupboards dirty, the garage unfinished and we even found one of the window screens in the garden. They promise the world and don't deliver.

Tom and his team have done a wonderful clean at my house, the team made my carpet look fresh and new with a great smell too!

Couldn't be happier! Tom was easy to communicate with and payed attention to all the details from our very first chat. He's team was professional and left the house sparkling!
Needless to say we got all the bond back without an issue.
I hope we won't have to move again any time soon, but if we do, I will definitely hire these guys again with no hesitation. Thank you!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We paid over $550 for an end of lease clean and the carpet was not even vacuumed. We specifically selected the end of lease clean only to be told (with so much attitude I had to stop communicating with the manager) that cleaning the blinds was not included in the price and would cost extra. Our RE agent then found the manager so arrogant that he ended up vaccuming and cleaning our balcony himself (after I also specifically asked for the balcony to be swept and mopped by the cleaners, in fact it was the only thing I specifically mentioned).

Vaccuming carpet, sweeping and cleaning blinds are the MOST BASIC aspects of an end of lease clean - especially one that costs over $550.

In addition to this, sadly we had various items from the kitchen which we were about to pick up go missing after these 'cleaners' accessed the property.

This business is not worth the hassle, and barely worth one star. Do not waste your time, energy or money with them.

I used B pure for a moving clean and as well as Carpet cleaning. Very happy with their work standard and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Tom helped us at short notice to do a repeat carpet clean and final details as part of a vacate clean. His prompt response and professional advise assisted in diffusing a very difficult situation. His standards of care and service are exemplary. I have no hesitation in giving Tom and his services the highest level of review and will definitely use again. Thankyou Tom for all your help!

Tom and his team did a fantastic job cleaning my townhouse for the Bond Refund when I had to go overseas at short notice. I left a lot of rubbish lying about due to the short notice to get a flight and they removed it all, helped sort the garden, cleaned the townhouse and steam cleaned the carpets. All excellent. Highly recommend BPure Cleaning Services.

Ran into a lot of trouble organising a Bond Clean with the border closures and other Bond Cleaning companies. Tom from Bpure was friendly and able to perform a bond clean within an extremely short notice period. Very professional and an absolutely great job done, would highly recommend to anyone!

Can't praise Tom and his crew enough! Our bond clean was done thoroughly and quickly! The place was sparkling. Our realestate were impressed too and we got our bond back straight away! Thanks Bpure!
