The Staff at the counter are rude and abrupt
Cardio equipment been broken for months have mentioned it several times and no one cares.
Gym is way too small to train and need to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to use a machine because they are either taken or broken.
This gym was great back in the day but they have obviously shown they dont care about keeping its members
Very unethical and lack of common sense and worst customer service from the membership manager Dylan at this gym. Absolutely lacks common sense, very arrogant and dishonest and careless. I’ve been a loyal member with this gym for years and when covid hit my membership was on hold. I had paid in advance for 3 months last year the the Covid lockdown hit so they owed me 3 months, which he noted in the system then denied me access despite this, just because I did not agree to be charged triple my existing membership (which was ongoing and not cancelled but he just decided to charge triple) and refused to allow me to use my 3 months they owed me just blatantly for no reason other than that he has no integrity to do the right thing by members. Worst work ethics I’ve come across. Despite this their machines are ALWAYS broken down, sauna never works and machines are never repaired till ages later so you can’t even use the gym with your monies worth. This staff member needs a sack he will only lose more n more business for the company. Their auburn club is the worst with very arrogant careless unethical staff who violate all customer rights - particularly referring to Dylan. Many members feed back the same experience with him. Stay away unless you want to join a club that deliberately steals your money and charges you for membership and denies you the right to train when unforeseen Covid happened and despite that you are a loyal compliant member with paid membership that they owe you. This calls for legal proceedings.
Bad customer service, they charge me overdue payment without any email and phone call, they just wanna make money that's it.
They don't check their email.

Useless staff I was met with a very rude staff male worker on the phone when asked about cancelling my membership.they also talk about "meeting with a trainer" but never following through with their promises
Bad customer services becasue i finished my plan in that gym and then they are going on charge fee per week.
Equipment is always broken, managers always in and out and no body greats the members and makes them feel comfortable. Bodyfit auburn has changed, it just isn’t the same anymore with new management I will happily move to anytime fitness bodyfit is not the perfect fit for all.
They are the biggest liars and cheaters in the market. Even though i signed up for month, thy didnt manage to stop my direct debit. Even after cancelling my membership.such a bad unprofessional staff ripping off people.
My wife wasn't able to continue gym sessions due to health issues and provided bodyfit staff a doctors certificate in order to cancel her membership, we didn't know that bodyfit staff were more qualified than our GP as they refused to cancel her membership and told us that her injuries weren't severe enough for them to cancel her membership, these people are the definition of unprofessional and irresponsible they don't deserve to be in business and can only be regarded as a failure on every level, shame on you guys
I want to cancel my membership and email two weeks ago but no reply and now also deduct my payment. I have worse experience with them.
No respect for client, the front desk are very rude and you always feel like you are not welcome, except for one or two staff members, the rest are a waist of money for this business
They didn't pause their direct debit payments during the NSW lockdowns and continued to deduct customers, which I have still not received a refund for (even after multiple requests). In addition to this, I've spoken to three different members as well as the manager on many occasions for my membership to be cancelled, where the team have passed my request on back and forth with no actions taken, and I'm still being deducted my fortnightly payments. Extremely poor coordination amongst the team and they make it difficult to cancel membership.

Please be careful guys. He’s a scammer. I took up personal training and paid in advance for two months. He gave me workouts for three days and then started ignoring and didn’t bother to reply nor answer my calls. I’ve attached screenshots for proof
Nice clean gym, with friendly staff and a nice Cafe. Good range of equipment and not overly busy
I had to contact my bank to cancel the weekly fees, I wish someone could have put it on hold until after the lockdown
They don't know how to reply to e-mails wanna cancel membership.also been blocked from them so I can't send them emails

Very unprofessional and not caring staff. Once I was a member with Bodyfit Auburn, and I referred a friend to them. In return I was supposed to get a month free but they refused to give me that even though they were advertising that “one month free for those who refer a friend” on their TVS and Running machine (on their LCD screens.)
After I wanted to cancel my membership, I called them and there is one new guy who answered the my call. I asked him if I can speak to the manager or whoever is responsible for canceling my membership. Then he said, they are not here at the moment you can email them for cancelling. Then he gave an email address which was not even existed (wrong email address). Even though I asked him to repeat the email address letter by letter so that I can have the correct email address. But still he gave me the wrong one.
Also, Their sauna room was out of service for at least a month. They were like, it will be fixed soon, but you didn’t know when is that soon
