Amazing club! I visited a week ago as I was in the area. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, I was shown around by the general manager Sandra. The equipment and layout were both incredible- everything you could ever want and extremely well maintained they even have a private sauna in the locker rooms, oh and crèche for the little ones! It doesn’t get better than this

DO NOT GO HERE! Please don’t believe the pathetic 5 star reviews that they beg customers to write. This money hungry gym will still make you pay for a membership even though you cancel it. I simply cancelled my membership and was told it was all sorted, weeks after I’m still being charged for a membership. Then I’m told that I still need to pay the outstanding amount, it’s not my problem Sandra who calls herself a gym manager doesn’t train her staff properly. When a customer is told something by staff, changing the regulations isn’t possible when the customer is always right. Clearly they know nothing about customer service.

Deceptive cancelation policy. Told I could cancel instantly and it was done. Only to get an email later claiming I had to give 30 days notice. They ignored what I had been told prior which I was even told had to be checked with the manager and was approved. They then threatened that a debt collection agency would be involved and that it would impact my credit score in order to try scare me into paying.

Great big gym environment with the best wide range of equipment and excellent and friendly customer service.

Good and welcoming environment which the help of the wonderful staff members, making the gym session memorable and worthwhile.

I must say Harry is the most responsible and professional Personal Trainer I have ever had! He gives you great motivation and teaches you personalised exercises that you can accomodate! Great atmosphere and facilities too

Been a member here for a few years now, atmosphere is great compared to most gyms, love the size, variety in equipment, classes, lighting and music. The members and staff are quite friendly also which makes a non intimidating gym environment. The only thing this gym is missing is 24 hour access but the staff confirmed the club will go 24/7 in just a few weeks. Cant wait!

Great gym for both powerlifting, bodybuilding and crossfit style training! Has a great variety of strength equipment and cardio machines, as well as kettlebells etc. Has great classes too! Highly recommend giving it a crack. P.s. They make great, affordable protein shakes, has a coffee machine - and hip thrust machines too! (Something you won't find at all gym!)

Great experience with a personal trainer called Alton. Alton is a highly experienced trainer who has been the best fitness mentor for me and he has helped me reach my goal. Alton can help with any of your fitness needs, he is highly knowledgeable in the industry and knows how to get the body you want to achieve. Not only does he know how to train you but also teaches you the most effective diet for your body achievements, Overall he is a 10/10 trainer and fitness mentor who will always help you get the body you want.

Overall decent, however the gym closes at 8pm on weekdays and recently changed weekend closing time to 5pm. This is insanely early especially because they still falsely advertise itself as a 24 hour gym on the electronic sign at the side of the footpath and websites. Majority of the lockers have been removed. Apparently they are fixing the locking system however it has been like this for months and still the remaining lockers do not lock.

The gym is very nice and spacious with decent equipment and nice staff. The locker rooms are very modern with nice showers and sauna.

Paid for 24/7 gym as I can only go at nights and then they remove 24/7 access… feel a bit scammed.

The gym is ok, it just needs better PTs (Personal Trainers) that have better programs for their clients.

I would only recommend this gym for all moms with bubs, as bodyfit auburn provides the care for kids in their awesome crèche. It’s rare to find a gym with crèche! That’s why I go there.
Awesome staff, but! I would not recommend the trainer there. I think his a rip off, and not worth your money for the sessions. I would recommend trainers (PT) that are more experienced who can focus more on the clients needs for training with better program and more affordable!

Other than that It’s location is very convenient with plenty of parking all rounder!
