BoConcept's customer service was fantastic! It started when we went to the Crows Nest store during a sale and learned that their modular pieces could be customised to suit our needs (yes, even on the sale items!). Jackie was also super helpful in allowing us to take a rug sample home so that we could see what it looked like. When we ordered our chosen pieces, we were called the day before to confirm delivery; the next day, the installation proceeded on time. Love love love!
