I purchased a king size bed from BoConcept. The service when selecting the bed and fabrics was fantastic. I have to say the delivery of the bed was excellent. The guys were very accommodating and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend. Great service and product!

We purchased an Osaka sofa. The lead time was lengthy however the sales staff kept us informed of progress every step of the way. The delivery process went so smoothly and the sofa looks beautiful in its space. The sofa itself is very comfortable and we are very pleased with our purchase. We’ve had a pleasant experience with the guys in Crows Nest store. Our items were delivered to the store where we were helped with the assembly of the console table. The friendly stuff even helped to carry it to the car. Everything was delivered on time with no issues. Highly recommended.

We recently tried to chat with BoConcept online to select some paintings. Due to the Covid19, we could not come to their physical store and hence the online chat is convenient. However, we never experienced any rude customer service before. We gave the team a few item codes and the response was that we have to describe the paintings as it will take them too long to look for the paintings by using codes! We were patient and gave them the screenshot of all the paintings and guess what.despite keep following up with them, they dont reply our chat even the chat appears to be read! What the worst customer service experience! Please know that you guys are lucky to have someone want to buy your products under this market! We love your products quality but please look into this problem otherwise you wont have any online customers!

Having recently finished renovating my home, I wanted some stylish high quality furniture to match. I purchased an entertainment unit and large chest of drawers from Lauren at Crows Nest. Lauren was very helpful, and the delivery team were professional, took great care and were on time. The furniture is beautiful and of the highest quality, and I’m looking forward to purchasing more shortly. I highly recommend Bo Concept.

Our favourite furniture store! All items are of incredible quality and we are so happy with the service offered too. I purchased a lot of items from BoConcept so far: book shelf that I could model according to my preference (shelf sizes, length, width, materials etc), TV console to match, marble side table (looks divine!), office table that is foldable and hangs on the wall (such a great option for a small office room where you still want to gain some space) - all of these items are gorgeous and service we've received was incredible. I could not recommend them enough, honestly, they are 10/10.
