He came to our apartment and made some valuable suggestions before putting a 3D drawing together for us to consider (his fee was deducted from our subsequent purchase). The friendly installers spent a long time on a wet day bringing the eight pieces in and expertly hanging them. We love the functionality and the look. Thanks to the Bo Concept team at Moore Park.

I love the sofas and chairs at BoConcept and was planning on purchasing a few items for my new home. I've done some research on the brand and with frames that are made in their workshop in Denmark and fabrics from Europe, I think the quality is high. David had been absolutely amazing, giving me great advice and was very patient with me, even after I've gone into the store about 5 times to test out different fabric. In the end I could not find a color/fabric I was 100% sure about and I needed something a bit sooner than the lead time they advised. But I would not hesitate to recommend speaking to David if you're interested in buying a BoConcept piece.

Needed a gentle prod, but when they took responsibility, they were very good.

Excellent service and product. We liked what we saw in the showroom and ordered that exactly. We got a good deal with a discount for spending over a certain amount. It was booked for delivery in 3 weeks and they arrived on the day, on time. Had them install it so it was all done well and right. Love it when people do what they say they are going to do and it all works smoothly. Well done!

I had good communications from the store and delivery came as expected. Store also called me to confirm order details before build started on my furniture as it had different door mounting options.
