Good mirror. Easy pick up and installation. Point off as the assistant did not provide accurate information as to the hanging method. Product comes with kit for horizontal and vertical hanging.

Purchased a ceramic coffee table from BoConcept. It has a beautiful rust coloured ceramic top and we have had many compliments regarding its uniqueness.

Beautiful product with amazing customer service. Fell in love with the dining table the moment we saw it. We also received styling suggestions on how to decorate the dining area with the table. After placing the order for the table, when the staff found out delivery would take awhile and we don’t have any dining table to use, he organized a temporary dining set for us to use until the table arrived. Along the way he also called to update me on the delivery status of the table.
It’s been a year and the table is still my favorite piece in the house.

Excellent service from sales in store, visit to our home to check proportions and perhaps the best aspect of the service, the delivery and assembly. We have gone with rival high end furniture companies previously and BoConcept are definitely better. Highly recommended

Excellent service and quality couch. Staff was very friendly in guiding us to which couch was perfect for us. We have a small space and quite specific requirements. It was such a breeze. Only wished the couch took faster to arrive but understandably during these times.

Very happy with the purchase of the lounge. It took a few months to arrive but worth the wait given the material was manufactured in Italy and the lounge itself was constructed in China. Lounge looks good and is comfortable and fits.

BoConcept made me feel like a valued customer, which is rare these days! They followed up with me after my initial enquiry, they took the details of my order correctly, and made allowances for a long lead time until I was ready for the delivery. I dealt with one gentleman most of the way through, which was a really good experience. Not only was he lovely to deal with, but he know the details of my order and I felt confident that he understood my requirements throughout the process. When my beautiful orange velvet couch did arrive, it was utter joy! Now, 6 months later I still am wonderfully satisfied on my choice of a BoConcept's couch. Excellent professional staff and service. In addition to top quality chic products, their delivery and assembly service is extremely professional. Each time, they turned up on time, were very careful when moving around my apartment and explained in detail how each item worked.

Great Service. David was really great at answering all of our questions, and using their designer software, was able to digitally show us exactly how the dining table would fit into the desired space. Were also willing to provide us with an interim dining table while we were waiting for ours to arrive.
