Last week 4 new tyres for my Merc - great price and excellent service. These guys are the best - I've been taking various cars there for years now. No nonsense, honest advice very efficient. That's why they are always busy!

Brilliant service! The tyres I needed were not available anywhere for at least 2 weeks so they fixed my puncture for free although it was nearly 5pm - others had just said no luck or wanted to charge $50. Thank you!

Best tyre shop in Sydney! Excellent service, all technician are professional and earnest. My car has a big problem in wheel alignment, Steven help me to fix it patiently. As I always recommend my friend to this shop, I'll suggest everyone look at the review go to the shop. (ora666)

Despite being very busy late Saturday morning the courteous staff fitted a new replacement tyre quickly.

Waited around 20 minutes in person for no one to ask if I wanted anything even though several staff saw me. I even called the store number which got an answer from a man from reception called Steven, while I was looking at him! I couldn't believe that he could answer a phone, yet, not serve some physically in person. The worst disgusting customer service imaginable. Absolutely atrocious and I would highly recommend that everyone save their time and go somewhere else.

Awesome service! Went in with, what I thought, was a tyre destroyed by a bolt but the guys fixed it up in no time. Complementary drinks while I waited - excellent experience! Thanks!

Excellent customer service as always. Super helpful and really fast turnaround which was helpful when you have a 4yr old with you. Took him to watch the workshop in action and they invited him in and engaged amazingly. Thanks for making it a memorable experience for him.

Friendly and accommodating service. I rang to make a booking to get a punctured tyre replaced, but was told to just bring the car around. I didn't realise that you could repair punctured tyres, so they did, and didn't charge me a cent. Very impressed and happy with these guys, will definitely go back to get my tyres changed there when I need them done.

Called in with a Puncher. Was dealt with straight away. Free coffee and cold drinks supplied. Will use them again

They sell the round black things that go on your wheels that keep your car safely stuck to the road.
I had bought a new set of Bridgestones from them at a reasonably good price. I was happy to try my "local" and give them a go.
I made a booking midweek for a Saturday morning. Got there and there was no booking. Went away pretty annoyed.
Came back the next week, waited ages.
It was pretty ordinary service, my rims got a bit bruised from the tyre levers, and I had to wait an awfully long time. They simply don't make that bit of extra effort.
If your car is A to B or a whitegood on wheels, then sure, come here if they are the best price for you.
If you are a car enthusiast, then you might want to seek an alternative - I know I will.

These guys got the job done and there are no issues there. I found the customer service to be shocking, the guys were rude and very pushy. They did not explain a thing and when you asked questions they were very blunt and rude about it made you feel like you were in the wrong for asking questions or bothering them. I would try to avoid this place next time if I could. Over all I think they did well on the service but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

They will get the job done. The office staff are a tad slow and unsure of dealing with fleet, but it wasn’t a issue.

I bought 4 tyres from them 6 months ago. Two front tyres wore our now came back to them they said they don’t have any warranty in the tyres. It’s impossible to wear out in six months they might have put the second hand tyres.
Their fat ass boss was very rude.

I had my car tyres changed at Bob Jane at Artarmon NSW on 9 April 2018 and a few days after when I opened my boot I realised that it was unusually messy and the bags where I normally keep my logbook with other document and tool sets were misplaced. So I tied them up and checked inside those bags and found out that my logbook and wheel lock key for BMW wheels were missing. They were inside the bags in the boot before the tyre change and I never touch them. So I went back to the Bob Jane Artarmon store with my friend to see if they forgot to put them back to my car. But they said they didn't touch or use them. Then where did they go? The explanations we got from different staff were inconsistent and hard to believe. There were a few CCTV but they said it was fake so no need to check. After we only got those unhelpful and suspicious things from them, we went to BMW for help too but there was nothing they could do either. So we had to report this to the Police and they said they would visit the store soon. This was my first experience with Bob Jane and probably the last one will be too. The reasons I chose Bob Jane for my new tyres were good reputations and recommendations from my friends. However, this turned out the worse experience and services ever. This is a huge problem since I am missing valuable things for my car. I also heard from some of people who got their tyre change at other Bob Jane stores that they were given some Bob Jane books and free wheel alignment services after a few thousand kilometers from their tyre changes. I paid more than $600 for my two new tyres but never got any complimentary services but loss of logbook and key which will cost me a lot. This is a big disappointment and will advise other people to use other car tyre shops other than Bob Jane. I will also share this unpleasant experience on other websites and Ombudsman.
