I have just been to Bob Jane Artarmon to have a puncture fixed. The service was atrocious! I booked in for 10am, was told it would take 30-45 minutes. The car wasn't even moved for 45 minutes but what rankled was that 2 customers came in after me, one without a booking and their vehicles were both fixed before mine was touched. I was then charged $40 for the repair. I purchased 4 new tyres from Jane's in October but apparently was not given a discount book. They gave me one today but I couldn't use it for this repair. Really? The service was very poor, everyone is told it will take 30-45 minutes. I have always purchased my tyres at Bob Jane but no more. They really need to improve their game.

Told me I needed whole new tyre for $385 and it would be 3 day wait. Went down the road and they fixed it in 10 mins for $55. Assured me absolutely no need for new tyre

Great service from the whole team. Michael and Jesse are true professionals. Another local tyre shop didn’t want to touch my car as the tyres I wanted were supposedly hard to fit without damaging the rims. Michael offered a competitive price and confirmed that they can fit the tyres without a problem. Jesse in the workshop did the work without a hassle at all & without damaging my rims. I highly recommend Michael here. He has wonderful customer service, and goes above and beyond for his customers. I had to get all 4 tyres replaced, and he did it all in 40 minutes. Very happy customer. If you need new tyres - go here!:)

Came in with a puncture, was fixed accordingly although the compressor did not work on the day, which was not an issue. However, upon inspection of my rim, the one with the puncture, is now scratched. Repairing these scratches costs more than the puncture itself.

Came in for a quick puncture repair and wheel alignment, the boys were friendly and efficient, they sorted my car in no time and I was on my way, will definitely be coming back as they were very helpful and kind.

I purchased four wheels and tires for my Jeep Cherokee and Ben and Steve were both very professional and efficient. Good prices always helps, but a business is really built on the customer service they provide and Bob Janes at Artarmon has excellent customer service. If you wait until their Year End Sake like I did you can get some really good deals. I can recommend them highly.

Had a really good experience with Bob Jane T-Marts Artarmon. Evan quickly price matched their competitor on a set of Falken 205/50R17 tyres and quoted very reasonable service charges. They had to order the tyres in, and they let me know when to come in. Tyres changed in about half an hour. Will definately come back. It was nice walking around Artarmon while they changed the tyres and performed their checks

Vernon was super efficient and willing to assist pump up a spare tyre for a stranded motorist this morning. Friendly and community focused. Since my last (not so good visit) the entire feel of this Bob Jane has improved. When I need new tyres, I know where I'll be going. Thanks again Vernon

Today I rang BobJane Artamon as a recommendation of my insurance company mechanic. I had one nail on the top of one of my tyres that needed to be patched. Over the phone, the employee told me to come in as no one else was open and today is very busy.

On my arrival to an empty shop a mechanic asked me what do you need? No greeting - I showed him my tyre and he barely inspected the tyre and told me this “I cant fix this as the nail is to close to the edge…. ” You need to buy another tyre? I felt confused and doubtful because the mechanic that changed my tyre with the spare one specifically told me “You are lucky, this can be fix”

I drove to brookvale to a different shop and got my tyre patched and reassured that it was safe to drive.

I don’t often post negative reviews but it was a matter of safety and feel this should be shared. I had all 4 tyres replaced 3 weeks ago, and they threw in a spare for free which I was really happy about. The service seemed good and I felt the cost was fair. However, today I had to have my vehicle towed back to the shop because 2 tyres were completely flat. They had failed to replace the valves, and each one was totally worn out. While these things happen, it was the response that really disappointed me. After trying to deny that this was the cause, they went on to replace them all but with no word of apology or acknowledgment of the stress and inconvenience this caused me. Cat owners, please be vigilant in checking all services have been fully carried out next time you choose Bob Jane.

A huge thank you to the Team at Bob Jane in Artarmon! My tyre was in desperate need of repair after running over nail and within just a short amount of time they fixed the puncture with no hassle what so ever. Fantastic service!
