Blunts have been fantastic managing my rental property over the last 3 years, professional prompt and just friendly to deal with. When it came time to sell, going with Blunts was an easy choice, again they made the whole sales process as smooth as possible. Thankyou again.

I lived in an apartment managed by Blunts for 3.5 years, The application was quite straight forward, they were polite and clear. Over my tenancy there were minimal disruptions from them, while there were a few limitations with one or 2 minor requests, these were limitations imposed by the property owner. All notable issues were dealt with quite promptly. Vacating the premises involved minimal issues from them, they were friendly and polite through the process and I will note they were especially accommodating with tying off any loose ends, which was especially appreciated as there are a number of complications that can arise when vacating a property. Despite 1 or 2 minor issues through my tenancy, I am giving them 5 starts because they were really accommodating when it mattered. Thank you again Michelle and Jacqui.

The agent called Carlo was quite impatient with us, clicking his pen and tapping his foot repeatedly. We have asked multiple times for some minor repairs on a property we will be leasing, and nothing has been done about them yet. Finally, while he was quite upfront and open with my partner, he was very curt with me and barely spoke to me at all; I feel a little discriminated against, and I'm not sure whether this is because I am female or because I am not a local. After such a pleasant and straightforward inspection with with Michelle, my partner and I are both pretty disappointed this time.

My dealings with Michelle, and Blunts generally, were always professional. She responded in a timely fashion to my questions and was always approachable.

Left unit vacuumed and wiped down, no mess left at all, better than when I arrived, they then overcharged for cleaning, which was totally unrequired, don't trust them at all. Second room not used. 9 hours cleaning up, for nothing. These people are criminal, problem is they know noone can do anything about it
