I was so nervous at the thought of buying my first investment property but the Blue Wealth team made it so easy from start to finish. They are friendly and professional and always ready to help. We have so far purchased one property through Blue Wealth and found the entire process incredibly easy to navigate. Having well-researched properties suggested to you takes the grind out of trawling real estate websites and arranging your own times to view the property.

Anyone we have dealt with at Blue Wealth has been friendly and professional and the company has a family feel to it which leaves a lasting impression.

We have been most impressed by their aftercare and interest in helping us manage our property long after the sale has been finalized. Helen and the team at Blue Wealth have been an integral part in helping us navigate some unfortunate situations we encountered with our real estate and tenants.

Friendly, experienced, knowledgeable property investment team.

Tony, Roy and Fiona were brilliant and responsive, walking me through my property investment - essentially streamlining the research, property/developer/builder vetting, and purchase.
- Not to say you shouldn't also do your own research and validation (but it did feel a bit of a waste of time as they were quite thorough and accurate)

Very happy with my purchase via Bluewealth team - they have kept me updated throughout the process post "exchange" - would recommend and will personally revisit Bluewealth for my next investment as a first point for investment options.

Should also note that I never really felt pressured to make any purchase with Bluewealth either, which was quite refreshing.

The team at Blue Wealth helped me secure an investment property for $367,000, now just under two years later I have had the same property valued at $431,000! With an increase in value of over $60,000 it's safe to say I am very pleased with their work! 10/10 absolutely recommend them.

I am now on my 3rd property with Blue Wealth and they have managed to wow me everytime with their service, guidance and advice. I really like the entire concept and the additional information sources including their events and video sessions. I mention the Blue Wealth concept to everyone that will listen, and I encourage them to "just attend an information session" if nothing more. It is 100% worth checking out.

No matter how large or small the issue, the Bluewealth staff are able identify the most appropriate team member to deal with the situation. Proceed with caution with BlueWealth. I believe that they try to be a good company at heart but they absolutely turned their back on me when things didn't go as they promised in their slick sales presentation.
I purchased an apartment off-the-plan. The photo attached shows the apartment building as pictured in Blue Wealth's sales brochures, compared to the actual building as delivered several months after purchase. Blue Wealth's brochures show a premium building with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful glass facade. The actual property used completely different cheap materials with tiny windows, nothing like what was portrayed in Blue Wealth's brochures.
When questioned Tony showed a small amount of empathy to the issue but has taken absolutely no accountability to resolve it - blaming it on the developer, saying 'I understand that it doesn't sit well with you but all investing bears a risk' and 'if you seek some legal advice you’ll find that the developer is within his legal rights to alter materials to deliver the product'. He walked away from the issue entirely.
I trusted that Blue Wealth would deliver the product they promised and would act in good faith, I learnt the hard way that this was naive.

*Update - Thanks for the detailed reply but it just doesn't change the facts. I have been trying to sell the property for the last year now and haven't had one offer that doesn't have me lose at least 60K. If BW research and evidence suggests differently, I would love to have forwarded onto me ANY real buyer that is willing to purchase at the purchase price I paid 9 years ago. Apart from this communication, I think all other communication is an attempt to cover up the reality of the circumstances I find myself in Im afraid.

Have to say I agree completely with Jason Fords post (worth a read on Facebook).

While Bluewealth will attempt to respond to negative posts to give the illusion of responsiveness and evidence based solutions, the reality is their service is largely driven by great marketing and smokes and mirrors to entice the uneducated investor.

I am 9 years into my Bluewealth purchase that I still cant sell without taking a $60,000 loss!

After my last negative review I provided on the broker that introduced me to Bluewealth, they contacted me and tried to provide further glossy marketing information to support their position however these "statistics and predictions" have yet again not eventuated.

I understand and completely subscribe to a buy and hold strategy however my purchase will not benefit from this approach. I bought at an overinflated price point to pay for unnecessary commissions to so called experts that have not provided advice that has shown strong purchase fundamentals.

My advice to anyone considering Bluewealth is do your own research and don't rely on the marketing information being dressed up as "research".

I have invested in three Blue Wealth approved projects over the last six years. I have had friends question why I would invest in Melbourne and Brisbane when I live in Sydney - I did my research and I found that Blue Wealth’s recommendations were the best option at the time. My plan is to take advantage of low interest rates, and let the property cycles do their thing, and invest with Blue Wealth’s help again when the time is right for me.

I have bought two properties with Blue Wealth Property and two properties without them, and I have to admit the properties I bought with them are performing better in every way - higher growth, higher rent, less vacancy, less issues. When I questioned them on whether I would be able to find a better asset on my own, they explained why their research identified not only the best areas, but the best opportunities in those areas - and so far, they were absolutely right. I intend to invest again, and it definitely won't be without them.

After having purchased a property through Bluewealth 4yrs ago and of course being told how it was going to make me wealthy in years to come I would not recommend this company at all. They are in bed with Developers and the brokers naimly Mortgage Choice are in bed with bluewealth. They all get a cut and the figures are false and misleading. My advice would be do the research yourself. And when I questioned bluewealth about the value of my property being so low they just give you the spin that is very well rehearsed and brush it off. Avoid this company

Of course the owner would reply saying that.
FACTS
I was told that the newstead area in Brisbane was limited in how many apartments could be built and this was an amazing opportunity. Currently 1121 apartments are for sale in newstead. 3 recent sales in Nero that have yet to appear online but they will very soon are going to back up everything I have said.

A few years ago I was "invited" into the BlueWealth "circle" and purchased my first investment property. I am about to start the settlement for my third investment property. I have been aware of some disasters in the building industry and significant losses sustained by the investors; with BlueWealth I feel "safe" in that I know they have researched the proposed property, chosen good builders and agents, even supported me in the settlement process.
