We have had such an amazing experience with Blue Wealth. Fiona has been very informative and patient, we did have a few roadblocks from our end and nothing was a problem for her and made sure it was resolved. Can’t recommend them enough and we look forward to our next purchase.

I came to the settlement event as a plus one with my daughter she is the investor, it's her first. I was very impressed with the presentation and found the content to be complete and on point. Once the Hampton Quarter is settled and tenants are in the property I do believe my daughter will look to invest in her 2nd property.

Purchased property in 2014 so 9 years ago. Was promised a rent, which 9 years later is still below their appraisal. Purchased off the plan property in Brisbane for $499k, trying to sell now for $530 if we are lucky. Every month we were out of pocket around 1k mostly due to extremely high strata [8k a year and the building doesn't even have the elevator, but this is how the Blue Wealth and the Developers get you]. Do yourself a favour, find a buyers agent that will find you a property below the cost with high returns and high potential, we have a few properties like this. Blue Wealth was our first and last investment property and it was a massive mistake. There are plenty of other options out there, to give you a comparison another property bought via buyers agent has been cashflow positive from day one and 5 years later is worth almost double.

So far, the team at Bluewealth was super supportive and always helpful. Although I would always recommend to be cautious and don't trust blindly, I cannot fault my experience with the team or the companies they work with. A beautiful and exciting experience.

Buying with blue wealth was one of the worst financial decisions I have made. Property is worth $100k less then what I have purchased it for and this is after waiting 7 years. If you are thinking about investing, do it on your own and dont waste your time and energy with this company. The building is pretty to look at but for something new there is a lot of problems with it so you may waste a lot of money on maintenance fees every month. Not worth it
Also, if you find really good reviews for this company, it’s mostly by potential clients that have walked in to their lovely suits. They would of been treated so well and shown great presentations but not by actual customers that have used the company to help invest. I know this because after contacting some of these people I’ve come to find they’ve been asked to put in a good review despite not utilising the service.

As first time property investors we had received lots of different tips, insights and advice over many years from both professionals and amateurs in the field. These always felt too subjective to really be convincing enough to invest.
Having attended a number of BlueWealth events online and in person we made the decision to invest in a property researched and showcased by BlueWealth. Since the property has not yet been constructed, it is impossible to say whether it will ultimately achieve the growth and returns that we are hoping for. So this review is not evaluating that.
However, I can say that we are very comfortable with our decision based on the research methodology deployed by BW, the level of service and communication we've received from everyone in the team so far, and the time devoted by Roy and Owun to helping us understand the ins and outs of several properties without ever making us feel like we were under pressure to buy one.
Last week I attended the property tour organised by BlueWealth and it was a chance to see the development so far, meet the developers in person and walk through a finished property to get a true understanding of the quality and finish that our own will have once it's completed. Overall we have had an excellent experience with BlueWealth and are looking forward to finding investment property number 2 with their help.

Blue Wealth Property are awesome! My dealings with Liberty Blue have been anything but professional or ethical. Shortly after I became redundant I emailed them to explain my situation and to halt my membership and instead of empathy and understanding I received a reply after a fortnight conveniently allowing Liberty Blue to debit another month’s membership even though I had not utilised any of the training material or viewed any of the webinars. Furthermore they have stopped communicating with my despite my attempts to rectify this matter. Judging by their actions their dealings are unethical and demonstrate that their main priority is making money from their members regardless of your financial situation despite their claims of having their members best interest at heart.

I took my first step into the investment world through Blue Wealth and it was the best thing I think I've ever done for myself to set up my future. Recently I was taken on a property tour of my first investment and the experience was incredible.
