Stephen and Roz…. Service and value were above my expectations! Installation was when I wanted it because of my work schedule and completed by two very skilled layers with an unbelievable work ethic. A two story house, both levels, lots of bedrooms, stairs, study … done in just over a day and a half. Out with the old in with the new. Just do it!

We recently purchased and had install a carpet in our lounge room from Blue Tongue Carpets. Even though the cost of the carpet was a bit more than the chain carpet stores the excellent customer service, advise and friendly capable carpet layer made using Blue Tongue Carpets worthwhile. We will certainly be using them again.

I rarely write reviews, but felt this company truly deserved one. I contacted Stephan after a rather negative experience with another carpet company and honestly, there was no comparison. Stephan was informative, gave sound advice and did not push me into making a decision. He is a perfectionist (as am I) whose aim is to ensure his customers are fully satisfied with their purchase, which I was. Bryce and Warren did a fantastic job of laying the carpet, were pleasant, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Stephan and his team to anyone. Thank you!
