The pictures says it all. We were out walking In Wisconsin winter. Trudging through at least 12 inches or 30 cms of snow for 1.5 hr. Our feet were dry and toasty and not tired. Thank you for the ugg boots! But remember to buy only made in Australia UGG! In the last few years I have bought many pairs of boots, slippers for family and friends both in The USA and Australia. It is always a very loved and well received gift!

Ordered online delivery was quick. Boots arrived one size too small. Emailed to advise I would be returning, they contacted me back advising what to do. Boots posted back and new boots one size bigger sent out. The entire process was seamless, emails are responded to promptly, phone calls are answered and staff are very helpful. Im a local and these are the fourth pair ive purchased and ALL have come apart at the seams. Im guessing you rely on tourist dollars cause you would go broke if you had to keep replacing these, bloody dissapointing.

Stopped here for my wife to buy her second pair, last pair lasted 4 years. Service is fantastic, these boots are not expensive considering the quality. DO NOT WEAR THESE BOOTS WITH BARE FEET, They will smell and be ruined.

Love my Uggies.have been waiting to go there and get the originals. They are sooooo warm and comfy
