I called up for an order of customised ugg boots for Christmas presents before we head overseas and the team at Blue Mountain Ugg Boots did everything they could to ensure they arrived before we left! I was looking forward to getting a pair of Ugg boots from hear, but, unfortunately within a few months of purchase, the wool in the sole completely wore through! I spent lots of money on these supposedly ‘high quality’ Uggs, and they wear through. I suggest not buying this brand and finding a different one.

The slippers I purchased from blue mountains Ugg boots are great! Very affordable and awesome quality. Martin was awesome with customer service, I emailed for an update after purchasing online and was called promptly to let me know they were waiting on a delivery of blue sheepskin and that my slippers were being made and would be sent out straight away. Was called on a Friday and were delivered on the Monday. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

The boots are good but the service, not so much. I get it, you’re mid to late 50’s, very obese, getting around in trackies and your days involve helping people try on boots. That sucks. You need to change your life or drop the passive aggressive approach when dealing with customers. It was almost to the point of hostility and I nearly walked out. I sincerely hope you can change your circumstances and provide a better service for your customers.

After many years travelling up and down the mountains to visit family we kept saying ' we will have to go in one day '. Well today was that day, from the moment we stepped through the door we were greeted warmly the staff were friendly attentive and courteous which made for a great shopping experience customer service was exceptional and we will not hesitate to recommend to friends

You can't beat genuine Blue Mountains Ugg Boots. They are quality made with lovely thick lambswool and solid soles. They are so warm and comfy and wear really well. I have been buying them for years. And the customer service is great, they know their stuff!

The team at Blue Mountains Ugg Boots couldn't have been more helpful: they answered my late evening query with a speedy response that night which meant I could order my Uggs the next morning and then they shipped them immediately that day. The uggs arrived two days later -the quality is fantastic and its so good to know they are Australian made. A wonderful experience, will certainly be buying from Blue Mountains Uggs again!:)

The lady constantly checking if we missed place any item? She's seemed unhappy when customers pick up item to look at and not buying. Lots of stuffs in the shop is made in Overseas. However, great Aussie tradition, and please help keeping this place cool. Thanks

Cannot recommend enough. Excellent service from the team, quick responses on their FB page and really friendly.
