The staff shout at our kids not to touch everything and No hello, No offered help, nothing. And the 3D movie is too expensive. Not for family with Kids, although our Campground advised us the interactive area. Very disappointed

Walking trails map used to be free before. Now we have to pay. Customer service is good. They gave virtual reality views (X2) and the necessary info for Blue mountains area. Worth a visit which makes your subsequent visit to the surrounding area worthwhile
