We͏ recently sold our house with Aldo as our agent and we could not have been more happy with the service we received. Aldo was always very professional, punctual and so polite. He made sure that he was always available to answer our questions and made sure that we were up to date with what was going on in regards to buyer feedback. I swear most of these reviews are fake i dont understand how these guys have good reviews rude customer service and they never reply back dont wast your time on this agency

This agency is a total scam they dont even have a clue how to manage rental properties me and my son have been to atleast 5 inspections where there have been 100+ People during a pandemic all lined up.the police had to come out and get rid of everyone. Thats not even the start though when it comes to bidding on properties they have fake bidders trying to hype up the price to fill there own pockets i have been to several auctions where i have seen the same guy just bumping the prices up like hes bill gates stay away from these guys they dont even have good customer service always rude and never respond back.

Attend auctions by Blaze if you want to get deceived by fake bidders pushing price and an opening bid by auctioneer at 30%+ of price guide.

Several houses that are "sold" at auction by Blaze are then relisted on the market by another agency 1-2 months later because a real buyer didn't even bid on the auction, Blaze cronies are bidding under the guise of an interested buyer)

Do not bother attending any auction held by Blaze because the guide is a complete lie and the bidders have been proven to not be real bidders.

I reiterate, Blaze are nothing but crooks living the dream in an unregulated industry doing whatever they please and exploiting home buyers for profit.

Very disappointed in your service and unprofessionalism. I had spoke to Isabella early December about a property which she indicated that the house would need to be physically inspected as opposed to have a virtual tour. I put in my application and was regularly in contact with the her and she sent me a inspection date and time where I then I flew in from Brisbane from to Sydney to see the property as per her advise and now I am leaving without the opportunity to even view the property. Very bad experience.
