I'm going to give these guys a great rating. They are warm and friendly. We went to a few of the houses that they put on the market and they took note of everybody walking through the doors. At one of their auctions it was a very hot day and they gave everyone a bottle of water to drink. The auctioneer was warm, friendly and he knew how to make people laugh. These guys are not rough. They don't push you, they work with you. Well done!

One of the worst realestate I have faced. Very unprofessional agents. Has booked an inspection of house and applied for rent. I have 1 week time to leave my old house and had 2 kids. I explained them my situation and also was happy to pay extra $10 on top of their weekly rent. They hold me for whole week stating they were talking to the owner about it. They could not even finalise the rental property after that. When I ring for enquires they receptionist and Agent Isabella was very rude. They said they don’t care if I can’t wait. What a shame. All my friends and relatives never deal with this arrogant agents in future.
