Usually my experience here is good but this morning was absolutely atrocious. My appointment was scheduled for 9am. I called ahead, notifying them that I would be 10 minutes late and the lady that answered the phone stated that being 10 minutes late was fine, but no later. I arrived before 9: 10. I've been waiting for almost an hour now - I talked to staff at the desk and was informed that because I was 10 minutes late, they took the next person in for a biopsy. I was then told by other staff that the Doctor had not arrived yet and that my paperwork was still at the front desk. If the Doctor is not even here yet, I understand, but don't try and turn it onto the patient and make it seem like it was their fault!
EDIT: changed my star rating from a 1 to a 4 as the staff performing the procedure were amazing.

My experience was pretty good.i called up and was in a tricky situation due to my wife booking my for a cortisone injection at the wrong clinic. I had taken a day off which was to be wasted, however when I called BMI, I wasn't just told blankly that there was no other appointments for the day like the 5 previous other places i contacted. The lady over the phone asked me exactly what the issue was and when she actually listened that all i needed was the injection, she was able to slot me in.this was followed up by an informative procedure by the doctor and nurse where i could actually ask questions relating to the procedure.this i found was different to some of the other places i have been to where for example a female nurse would just leave the room because you may have your shirt off. I do understand that in 2019 no one can be too careful in certain circumstances, but I guess if you are in that position you shouldn't treat everyone the same. Which is what i found separates BMI from the rest.

I always insure to read the negatives as well as the positives and by the '1 star' reviews i have read, i could see that almost most were either relative to one certain staff or customers just having a bad day. It is in Blacktown after all so you can imagine some of the people these guys have to put up with.

i HAVE BEEN VISITING THIS CENTRE OFF AND ON AND FOUND THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. IT INCLUDED THE LOVELY RECEPTIONISTS AS WELL AS THE WORKING YOUNG GIRLS IN THE TREATMENT ROOMS.
IF I START FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY JOURNEY, IT WAS RAVNEET KUMAR WHO IS WELL COMING, FRIENDLY AND ALWAY WELCOMED THE PATIENTS WITH A N ENCHANTING SMILE. SHE TREATED ALWAYS PATIENTS WITH GREAT CARE AND RESPECT. ONCE I OBSERVED A NON ENGLISH SPEAKING OLD LADY. SHE WAS VERY STRESSED AN SHE COULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE RECEPTIONISTS. RAVNEET VERY PROMPTLY CALLED A STAFF MEMBER WHO SPOKE THE LANGUAGE OF THE PATIENT. THERE ARE MANT OTHER OF MY OBSERVATIONS ABOUT HER BUT I WOULD NOT DWELL ON THOSE AN MY FEEDBACK WOULD BE TOO LONG AND MONOTONOUS. SO SUFFICE TO SAY THAT SO ON AND SO FORTH
aLISA WAS ANOTHER HELPING LEGEND WHO VERY PROFESSIONALLY COMFORTED THE STRESSED PATIENTS
ON THE 8TH OF FEBRUARY I CAME FOR MY KIDNEY ULTRASOUND. A YOUNG GIRL BY THE NAME OF NADIA JUNG DID MY ULTRASOUND. SHE WAS A RARE EXAMPLE OF A PROFESSIONAL PERSON. SHE WAS VERY COMFORTING, PATIENT AND COURTEOUS WITH A RARE SWEET TONGUE.
I CONCLUDE BY ASSERTING THAT THE WORKERS OF THIS CENTRE ARE ASSET FOR THE ORGANISATION AND A POTENT SOURC OF BRINGING A GOOD NAME IN THE COMPETITIVE WORLD. PEOPLE LIKE RAVNEET, ALISA AND NADIA DESERVE A STORN PAT ON THEIR BACKS IF NOTHING ELSE COULD BE DONE IN THE ECONOMICALLY STRIGENT WORLD.

I want to thank all the staff at Blacktown Medical Imaging for their kindness, professionalism and hard work today. I was so impressed by how they treated me and the other patients as I’ve been to quite a few other imaging places and never had this high quality of service. I spoke to two staff members on the phone who squeezed me in for a same-day appointment because my case was urgent. Nowhere else I rang would do that. When I arrived I was treated with the upmost respect and didn’t have to wait very long. I also noticed that a man came in and looked unwell, like he might faint, and both receptionists asked him if he was okay and offered him a glass of water and to sit down. I was completely blown away because you don’t see much common courtesy these days. It’s nice to know that people in the medical profession can empathise and look after their patients who may be going through some health issues. When I was taken to the ultrasound room I was again pleasantly surprised as it was the best setup and cleanliness I’ve seen, there was even a large screen opposite me look at. The sonographer was gentle, skilled, kind and considerate and explained everything to me. I can truly say I had a wonderful experience at Blacktown Medical Imaging. I highly recommend this place and am so blessed that I found it.

Had cortisone injection knee immediate relief didn't hurt. Very accurate.evidence shows needle hitting sharp point of knee b4 and after, shows sharp point not there any more. Cartillage thinning out and knee lock.was previous symptoms. 6 months still good. Also L5 3 4 sciatica me I guided lay down in
MRI tunnel take images after ink injection.to show up point to drill small hole inject slowly int exact spot clinician talking calming exact confident word to you as he proceeds. B4 you know it all done no heavy lifting or sport because small needle hole can ooze out. 3 days rest is fine. Immediate relief. 6mnths later pain has moved into right leg cramping in leg when sit in car. More info later how 2 nd injection goes.
