Didnt even make it to the walk in appointment, first time i had a breakfast meal and forget to fast (on me) 2nd time i called and explained i had a serious emergency and got told try as fast as you can to make it here and maybe you only have to sit and wait for 30 mins.then called up to rebook on a later date only to get spoken to like a toddler

"you did not show up twice, no more appointments for you, come and sit upto an hour and wait for service"

i explain my frustration and get put on hold then hung up on with no further call back,

get new receptionists.

I went into for my nuchal translucency screening and they were amazing. The lady who did the scan was absolutely wonderful - couldnt of asked for a better scanner.

They are good like every other imaging places but they have recently started charging extra on top fees for pregnancy ultrasounds. Where as all other places are doing it for FREE. They make it sound like everyone is charging now, but other companies will bulk bill. We were unaware when we booked that there were fees ($113) involved until went for the appointment.

Medicare states all pregnancy related imaging are free. These guys are private so they are charging how they feel. I would recommend you to find a place where they bulk bill with no extra fees.

I’ve attended Blacktown Medical Imaging for all three of my 12 week ultrasounds, they’re always very professional and welcoming making the experience really enjoyable & memorable!

Pathetic service!
I was expecting a call back from a lady named ravnit if im not wrong.since 3 days regarding appointment slot.
Yesterday when i gave her a call back they put me on hold for so long then i tried again and she responded. I really got frustrated bcz she sounded so rude and she was trying to play dumb as if she has never received a call from me. They should take responsibility of their patients even if they are new one.

I been patient of Blacktown Medical Imaging and other branches of this company for years and I can say this with confidence that the staff and doctors are the most professional and knowledgeable on their work. I highly recommend them to everyone that seeking medical attention.

I have been here a few times for a lot of tests they are a lovely bunch of workers and doctors. I highly recommend this service service

Would not accept my referral from my specialist who had requested a scan to be done 18 months from my consultation with my specialist.

Really really appreciate Meeran, Jackie, Manika for helping get my ultrasound on same day as I had misplaced my referral and they shifted my appointment to next slot until the doctor send me a new referral. I am really really Thankful and this is place is highly recommended and they have been always helpful.

Miss Jackie and the team are awesome, they are very professional & caring I have been coming here for years they are caring and always put the patient first, they have been through hell and back with me from brain bleeds, a brain injury heart& lung problems, broken bones to loosing a child they had nothing but compassion for me and my husband every time I walk in there I would recommend coming here they are the best ️

Worst experience I’ve ever had with the receptionist. Went in for my 20th week morphology scan only to be given attitude as soon as I handed my referral with questioning. Asked me if it was my first time, wasn’t sure what she was referring to and she gave me an eye roll and an annoyed sigh. It was supposed to be a happy and exciting experience but gave me stress instead. Receptionist is supposed to be the face of the company/centre but after that, I would rather go to any other place. Never again.

Blacktown Medical Imaging is one of the best places to attend if you need an Ultrasound/Xray/CT done. Reception staff is friendly, understanding and goes above and beyond for their patients. They don't have an easy job but always greets patients with a smile
As for their technicians I have had nothing but the best experience with them all. They are professional, prompt and explain everything in detail.
They do run late sometimes but we also need to understand the pressure they're under. They can't help it if an URGENT procedure needs to be done, they will prioritize that which is totally understandable as that person could be in danger or needs to go to the hospital.
Overall, I just want to say thank you to all of the staff at BMI for doing the very best that they can

Went in for a 13week NT scan - Bulk Billed. Easy process, and short waiting time for a Friday morning. Clinic was clean and staff were professional. Dual monitor so you and your partner can also see the baby. I only wish the sonographer spoke up a little, as it was hard to hear her from behind the mask and clear face protector.

Called Blacktown imaging to book ultrasound for my gland and the lady mentioned, they don't do it. Upon visiting with the referal they booked an appointment.
Also while visiting people were waiting on a queue, but the receprionists were not even looking at queue, instead was busy talking with each other and doing some stuff in the computer.

Called for MRI appointment no problem. Made 8am appointment 3 days later. Got there and after filling out forms and waiting 20 mins the receptionist advises they don’t do MRI’s at Blacktown need to go to Penrith. Only if they told me this when I booked specifically for MRI.
Incompetent staff. Waste if precious time.

I went to Blacktown medical imaging for my Pelvis Ultrasound. On arriving with the full bladder, I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes. When I checked in the reception how long the the wait was, I was told that my "DOCTOR" is not feeling well and is having some medication and I needed to wait. As i was almost dying there, waiting, I was not even attended to. They did not even have the courtesy to cancel my appointment but let me suffer for almost 45 minutes. I have never seen more inconsiderate and irresponsible people in my life. I can understand if some is not feeling well but atleast tell me that they will not be able to perform the procedure today, instead they asked me to wait for this long without any explanation. I almost died in there, the most uncomfortable place plus it was also very dirty!
Never going here and will not recommend this place to anyone! Thank god I dodged a bullet by getting my ultrasound done elsewhere where the whole procedure only took 10 minutes.

Outstanding Service. Reception always greets with a smile. Doctors are polite, friendly & knowledgable.
When I left Sydney I would travel 3 hours for treatment because I trust them so much.

Had a great experience to book my appointment and to get the tests done. Very friendly staff and really accommodating as per the needs. Staff knew that I had to get my test done empty stomach, tried the best to make sure I get early appointment. Practice Manager- Ravneet is really nice and polite, and went out of the way to book as per my requirements. She thinks that it is her duty but I think she doesn't realise that it makes a huge difference. Sonographers were so good too. Overall had good one.

Great service from Rav on Saturday morning with low staff folshe still folowed through to make sure to get my CT scan to the GP. Also received a courtesy call to confirm.
