I keep going back to the Black Door Gallery with each new art work as the framing is excellent and the friendly staff are very helpful. I have been extremely satisfied with the end result that shows of my pictures to their best.

What a gem of a place! I needed 4 frames for prints bought on Etsy from the US. Naturally, the size doesn't match anything standard here in Aus. The team at Black Door showed me lots of options from the sales rack and never tried to upsell. My frames, glass, backing and mats were fitted within 24 hours - could not have asked for anything more! Superb and friendly service, knowledgeable staff and great prices - my new favourite place to shop!

Excellent service by all team members. There was slight miscommunication with our order but the staff offered to fix it for minimal cost and be ready for the next day. High quality products that will last a lifetime.

I have been having pictures framed here for many years. Recently I have had some water colours framed. Jack helped me with my design for these particular paintings and I am very happy with the finished product. The work by these guys are impeccable. I would highly recommend. I had two items for framing which was done on time and looked great. I also attended an Aboriginal Art Class with my two daughters during January 2020. The girls loved it and the guys were great in giving us an appreciation of Aboriginal culture and their experiences.

Simply the best! As soon as you walk into Black Door, you will realise that you have made the right choice. Lee and the team are honest, efficient and practical. They custom framed a horse saddlecloth for me, completed the job before my Christmas deadline and it looks fantastic.
