A great pleasure working with Lee at Black Door to have an embroidery framed after many years. It was so helpful having him support our selection of glass and framing. The fabric required stretching and we are thrilled with the result.

I cannot recommend this gallery enough. We took an old Aboriginal painting in for framing. Not only was the framing done professionally, Lee had cleaned and clear lacquered the painting which brought it up like the day it was painted. Amazing selection of Aboriginal art for sale also, we picked a piece for my daughters bedroom and will be back to buy more.

Came here just because I drive past every day and I was so surprised to see all the artworks inside. A beautiful space even for just a gallery experience, however, they also did a magnificent job on the framing i needed. Will be going back again to frame a few more:)

I had 2 prints framed and am so very happy with the results, they look fantastic. Great knowledgeable service from start to finish.

We had a custom charcoal drawing done up for our wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to find the perfect frame that will last a lifetime as well as complement the work. Cant recommend them highly enough. Master craftsmen.

The framing is very professional, we bought some artwork from overseas at Muse d'Orsay at the oil on canvas printers and they were framed like an original. We have a number of paintings and prints, old parchment documents and they have always provided great advice and great service. Thoroughly recommended. Don't forget to check out the first nations artwork upstairs - magnificent.

Although I had a friend with me to help decide on the mats and frames, the staff member who looked after me also gave very helpful suggestions, and was incredibly patient with our dithering!
