We ventured from Sydney CBD to this lovely shop and were not disappointed. The customer service, warm friendly environment and great selection of Australian made items made the experience so much nicer than the "typical" souvenir shops. So glad I found this store when searching online for unique Australian gifts.

Very nice lady and customer friendly. Very limited souvenirs. We had difficulty finding it although our GPS led us to the general location, none of the other businesses knew it existed. Eventually a clerk from a nearby store pointed us to a small passageway to an obscure mall where we finally saw a sign that read 19 steps to the "Bits if Australia".

Absolutely gorgeous products that are obviously made and handled with care. Packaging and shipping was excellent and super fast!

Purchased 8 of their small beautiful soft toys to send over seas and apart from wanting Australian Animals wanted them to be MADE in Australia.
